Disney mash?

Hi all,

We had loads of meals with mash on our last trip to WDW, many of them had some green stuff, probably a herb, in it. Anyone know what Disney put in their mash? I'm trying to recreate it at home!

That would be chives and they usually mix in parmesan cheese too.

You can probably find a recipe on allears :thumbsup2 When DS(8) was younger I used to make his mash into a "hidden mickey" to make him eat it up - but maybe you eat your dinner up nicely already :lmao:

Thanks for that guys, amazingly chives are a herb I actually have in (I only have 3 - LOL!) May have to try the hidden Mickey mash tonight! :)
