Yes you can cause thats all my dw wore during our trip in june and we did both us and ioa and even my youngest ds wore flip flops too.

You will have to sit on your flip flops when (if?!) you ride dueling dragons.

You can't leave them to the side because of the way the coaster loads.

sorry did forget about dueling dragons cause I really don't care for coasters that your legs dangel but you are right you will have to take them off and sit on them unless they are the type that strap on to your feet.
