I was on mousesavers and found this "The tickets below are available only to international (non-US) visitors who purchase in advance."
Now it says for anybody who is not a US citizen.. can Canadians buy them?? they are WAY cheaper! anyone else see this and find the answer?? Now under the premium tickets it says exclusively for UK guests but under the ultimate it doesn't.. any experience??

Ultimate Passes are for UK / Euro guests only.

Those passes are offered for UK / Euro guests because they usually plan longer stays due to the costs of flights ... amount of travel etc.

You must have a UK/Euro passport to activate those tickets is my understanding.
