Try looking for it at Barb & Tony's site: www.***************** or Dave from Marietta's site. I'm pretty sure I have seen it on one of those! Also, I have heard that the chocolate souffle is to die for!:D

I tell everyone ALWAYS ORDER THE SOUFFLE...I mean, who makes souffles at home??? And then order the 2nd dessert you really want :) You're on a cruise after all, and you just can't do that anywhere...INDULGE!

The brunch is absolutely wonderful. It is only on the at sea days, currently Sun., Mon, and Thurs. There are cold items, including salad, cheese, breads, pastries, etc. There are pizzas, hot breakfast entree (eggs Benedict, Eggs Julia, omelets, etc) There are then lunch type entrees (beef tenderloin, chicken, etc.) Dessert is a buffet, if I remember correctly--but not sure. I think the souffle is only offered at dinner, not at the brunch. I could not believe the vast amount of food, and the quality offered--excellent value.

Wow, this is my first post in probably a year...it's great to be back!

The Palo's brunch is wonderful. The only way it could get better is if they had the chocolate souffle to order.

Champagne, fresh squeezed orange juice, scones, breads, cheeses, shrimp, gazpacho, breakfast items, dinner items--it was delicious! And Maurizio, our server, was hilarious.

We enjoyed it so much, we went a second time on our cruise.

Enjoy!

Tara:)
