:faint: Hey everyone,

Sitting in Hardeeville, South Carolina. 20 hrs of driving wow, 4 more to go. Didn't hit double digits temperature until the Carolina's. Counted 15 dead deer at the side of the road, mostly in Pennsylvania and the Virginia's. That didn't include the one's in the back of people's trucks:rotfl:, they sure like their hunting down here.
I don't remember this route from childhood so everything was new to me, the tunnels and the mountains were pretty cool.
Going to bed, been up since two-thirty,see you later.:faint:

Chris.

Have a safe trip --rest.

The weather sounds heavenly to this Mississauga resident who can't get warm.

Just read your post to DH, who enjoyed the laugh. We have driven to Delware and Gettysburg several times, and are ALWAYS in awe of the dead deer at the road side or those strapped onto vehicles. Made me do this :scared1: the first time I saw one bungeed on...

Hope you have a safe and wonderful trip!

We are here, have'n a blast.

The drive the next day was uneventfull until about 10 minutes into the I4 part of the drive. Someone from our side of the highway, lost control in a construction zone, rolled a few times and ended up in oncoming traffic. It must have just happened because I needed to stand on the brakes in a hurry and we beat the emergency trucks there. I don't know if they were hurt, impossible to tell, to many people milling around the truck.

Tonight the bus service was crowded, EMH for MK. Packed like fish in a tin can with alot of tired other fish:laughing:  . BUT I will come back at this time of the year again. The majority of rides were posting 10 to 20 minute stand-by all day and we walked right on most. Haven't used fastpass yet, no need to.

Got to go! AK tomorrow need some sleep.

Chris.
