How Disney obsessed are you?

Obviously we are all DVC members (or hopefuls) and log onto the DIS. How many of the following Disney activities / products / etc. do you (or your immediate family) get / use?

1. Watch the Disney channel.
2. Subscribe to Disney Magazine.
3. Watch Disney videos (over & over).
4. Listen to Disney tapes or CDs.
5. Read Disney books.
6. Frequently shop at the Disney Store.
7. Eat Disney themed food products.
8. Collect Disney items / memorabilia.
9. Are Disney Club members.
10. Own Disney stock.
11. Have a tattoo of a Disney character!

Feel free to add anything else.

My answer is eight. (number 1 through 8)

DD & I just finished watching The House of Mouse while she snacked on Hunny B's cereal. We will probably watch a Disney video later today.

Number 11 may happen in the future.

Most of my friend and family would say my husband and I are at least a 15, but I said 9.

We are the most Disney obsessed people personly we know, I have found a few more on line (here and WDW magic) that make me feel good, I can say, "at least I am not that bad." But really we are a home among others who really understand about the magic of a WDW vacation!!!!!

Well, I can honestly say yes to the first 9. I *almost* bought stock a couple months ago... and it may even be in my mutual fund... :D

As to the tatoo, my wife is sure she can find a hidden mickey mole on my back! :jester:

Would that push me to the top? :p

1. Watch the Disney channel. yes, but I have small children - BC I never turned it on
2. Subscribe to Disney Magazine. no, its dull
3. Watch Disney videos (over & over). yes, but the kids help here as well
4. Listen to Disney tapes or CDs. yes, can I use the kids as an excuse yet again?
5. Read Disney books. not really
6. Frequently shop at the Disney Store. used to, I don't like the recent (past 3-5 years) merchandise selection - though I do buy kids clothes there maybe once or twice a year.
7. Eat Disney themed food products. we have buzz lightyear cereal at home right now - kids again
8. Collect Disney items / memorabilia. I do have an original cell from "Robin Hood." but that's it - so it isn't really a collection.
9. Are Disney Club members. used to be - it wasn't worth it once I had to pay for it (see #10).
10. Own Disney stock. - for years and years and years. Although lately it hasn't been a good investment, I'll probably never sell it (used to be you got a discount on hotels as a shareholder via, IIRC a free disney club membership - which is why I originally had it).
11. Have a tattoo of a Disney character! I'm not a tatoo kind of girl.

Feel free to add anything else.

12. Took a college level course on the Art of Walt Disney. Not kidding. Also, the Walker Art Center up here had an exhibit on the Architecture of Disney Theme Parks. I took half a day off.

But I don't have much Disney stuff (clothes, knick knacks). I don't run out to see the movies the day (or even the week) they are released (I completely missed Atlantis in the theatres). I didn't do the "internship" in college. I just got back from WDW, but it was my first trip in about five years (now with kids we are looking a every other year - they are now 2 and 3) which is why I'm here checking out DVC.

so that's 7 out of 11 depending on how you are counting.

all of the above except Disney stock, and I have already looked into that! I have a tattoo of Sorcerer Mickey on my right hip, it is 3-D, is a 5 color tattoo, and is about 3-4 inches tall! I got the tattoo for myself for my 30th birthday.

Oh, and I own at 2 DVC resorts and have my entire office (I am a lawyer) decorated in Mickeys, including the entire desk set! So, I guess at least 11 or 12 things on and off of your listing despite the fact that I don't have any children!!! :D
