US Customs restricting cruise travel for Argentinian passengers

We've just learned that US Customs has ordered that any cruise passenger holding an Argentinian passport must be detained and will not be permitted to board. I don't know the reason for this, I just know that effective this cruise, that the policy is in place. I'll find out what I can and update you as I know more.
