I have read that pop century is near cbr. Can someone tell the location. It has been posted that pop century can be seen from cbr. Does it ruin the theming for cbr? Also what buildings or area can it e seen from? Have they resumed construction? Can you hear heavy equipment, trucks and air hammers etc from cbr? We are going on 3/21 and need info so we know what building to select. We live in a busy area and hear traffic 24/7, we need the disney peace and quiet desparately. We don't mind kids and laughter and fun noise but no work areas. Thanks!

You will LOVE CBR if you're looking for a beautiful, peaceful, resort! I was there 2 weeks ago and you feel as if you're miles away from the hustle and bustle of the real world :)

They have currently stopped working on Pop Century, and I only saw it from a distance while on the bus going to the parks. You do not hear any noise from it at all. :)

Check out my web pages to see my recent pictures and info from CBR :) Click on the CBR logo below :)

Have a wonderful time!!!! :)

I have checked out your website and the pics are great. We have stayed there before several times and also at por. cbr is by far our favorite. We only got 3 days there this trip then will move to all stars. We will ask when we arrive if there have been cancellations. Thanks for the info, Seaspray

Pop Century is pretty far from CBR. You can see it from the back of the resort (near Trindad South) but there is no noise.
The construction for the new Bonnet Creek Resort is closer... it's right behind Martinique. I could see trucks, but couldn't hear them from our room. ;)

When we stayed in Trinidad South April, 2000. They were still using heavy excavation equipment. We could hear it faintly from the hammock outside our building. Since they are not really working on it right now, and they are past the excavation part, I doubt you would hear anything.
