Do they have similar to Disney's child swap at Universal Orlando?

They sure do. Everyone goes through line (unless otherwise told) and then splits at the top. The waiting party does NOT have to wait in line again.

And most of the rides have a small waiting area with seats for you to wait with the child not riding. And they let you take the other kids on with both parents !

I prefer US parent swap to Disney's.
