Day one of the vacation......

Still haven't left the house....all packed and our flight is scheduled out of Midway ay 3:15 tomorrow afternoon. Sitting here drinking my coffe getting ready to take care of final house things......is everyone packed? Make sure dog food and treats are here for the dog sitter, wrap all liquids in the suitcsae and zip lock them, get the sunscreen and tanning oil in the bad, passports...check.......
Looks like SNOW here today and tonight.....better not have a delay.......check travel insurance......

Not true...the Turkey Day Gang was an awesome group of people!!! We were too busy enjoying the Magic to post often!! :thumbsup2 We had an "excellent" time. The weather was great, the seas were calm and the friendships we made were awesome!! :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2 We wish ya'all the same this week!!

Sorry all, but the Turkeys had way too much fun to spend ANY time posting anything live. We left the ship intact, but I fear the staff will be entirely too tired to address your wishes....the filled all of ours!

Hope you all have a wonderful time. Sadly, the Turkeys are home (or in my case, getting there. One postive note, (YIPPEE) we don't have any left overs to deal with!

O.K., O.K.......LIVE for the Magic!!!!!! Well so far only 1 medal......inthe adult pool, guys vers girls, pushing ball with your nose and diving for treasure.....that doesnt sound right:rotfl2: Well weather is AWSOME but it is REALLY windy....almost spilled a beer on deck 10......almost.....well.......room service was .....is AWSOME........servers at dinner......not what we are used to but ran into servers and bar tenders that DO remember us from other sailings.....Nyoman....the best Mojito maker EVER is here....Diversions......sorry Willie been down there without ya.......Our first Navigator verandah.....nice.....the pay as you go wirelees is nice in the room but a pain.......2 lap tops and cant get them from DDs.......Ill post more later


P.S.....Beer is cold and sun is warm.......:rotfl2:

Hey this is great! A Turkey Day '05 cyber reunion.

Rob, Rachel (and Shanelle, Rachel's friend) and I had a wonderful time on this Thanksgiving Magic, and certainly missed many of our '05 turkies.:guilty: Wished everyone could have been there to experience Pirate nightpirate: . It was AWESOME, and brought back some fun memories. John and Julie, congratulations about Jeff and the reserves. We certainly missed having you as next-door neighbors on this sailing. (Our neighbors this time had a 1 year-old baby, who woke us early every morning.:rotfl2: )

Hi Turkey gang, we were on the 2005 cruise. We did a 10 day princess cruise this Thanksgiving. It cost the same as the Disney day, but we missed Disney fr sure. Loved the Southern itinerary though. Lampy have a good time, it is 27 degrees in chicago!!

Priscilla, the weather at WDW was great every day but one, then not too bad that day either. We had 14 Miller family members together and nobody shot, knifed, or beat each other, or anyone else. Quite a successful reunion!! :rotfl:

Hey all.....FINALLY home.......I must say the weather was absoluty perfect, St Thomas and St maarteen were as wonderful as I remember....Castaway Cay.....no more needs to be said......Kim and I took over 400 pics and I still have a bunch of stories......once again the "wireless" package is a pain in the a!#. 500 mins for 150.00 and it was REAL slow so it made posting difficult....plus the DDs were getting online homework from their teachers......we didn't want to come home yesterday and Mother Nature did her best to try.....We got to the airport and the bell hop was running around trying to get us going...we had an 11:25 flight to Midway....CANCELLED....they said we were rebooked on a 6:01 with a layover in Atlanta....Hmmmmm the weather was suppoed to get worse........so I called and got a flight to Indianapolis 2:22....called work had on of my porters go get my car and meet us in Indy.......That plane was delayed due to being overweight......1 hour.....finally we take off after throwing the 2 pilots off:rotfl2: land in Indy and my porter was waiting and luggage was down in 15 mins......just like I remeber....very fast......went to the automatic check out in the parking garage and the machine didnt give my pass back after we paid.....so Idove to the exit and tell the lady to where she sais "sorry if you dont have a recipt I dont know how long you were here....I was 3 dollars....she said "Its 20 dollars without a recipt" Isaid "Lady fine, after the bar bill I just paid for that is peanuts!!".......she still refused....I went to another check out and they accepted my explanation and accepted the 3 buck and of we went.....we made it from Indy about half way home 75-80 mph al the way.....then........ICE...I-65 was a complete stand still........lond story short it took us 5 hours to go 50 miles.........

O.K. that is the end.....I'll get to the beginning......uploading photobucket and computer is slow.....

P.S........we rebooked 08 Turkeyday on the ship!!!!!
