Im delighted we are staying here for our next trip! Ive read the reviews, and honestly think the poor ones are for the villas and timeshare presentations.
So, give me the nitty gritty? It doesnt say the have a housekeeping charge? But I read in anotehr post they do???? It does say they require a $150 security deposit, of which I presume will be returned to you upon check out.
Any other special stuff I should know?
Thanks!

We stayed there in Oct with a Skyauction win. The 150 hold is true, but was released immediately upon departure.
The gift shop is a rip off, make sure you have everything needed before arrival, or go to the Publix next door or Wal Mart around the corner on 27.
We stayed in a Villa and cannot complain about much of anything. An enjoyable stay was had and we would have no problem winning this property again.

WE have stayed there twice and have had no housekeeping either time. In fact, we even had to take out our own garbage. Not a big deal for my family, as I don't prefer to have housekeeping in my room anyway.
This may be standard for timeshares.
We loved Summer Bay both times we stayed. Just make sure you are in the condos. I called and verified twice before my last trip.
The gift shop is a huge rip off. Avoid buying any items there. If you can get there, there is a Super Walmart a few minutes down the road on HWY 27.
