Transportation from airport to DLR?

I think we have ruled out a rental car as we will be spending 4 or 5 days at Disney at the beginning of our trip and don't want to pay for a car that is going to just sit in the parking lot. So am wondering if anyone knows of other transportation options for a family of 5 (3 kids) from either LAX or Ontario airport to the Grand Californian? Does the hotel have a shuttle service to either of these airports? Or, we have several times used a towncar service to get to WDW from airport, is there something like this available? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

We used Airport Bus last summer and were very pleased with it. It was so easy and the busses were very comfortable. We took it from LAX to the DL Hotel. You catch the bus right outside the doors by the baggage claim area. There are signs that tell you where to catch the bus. The busses stop at the DL Resort hotels first. Our kids loved the busses because they are decorated with Disneyland and DCA themes. Hope this helps.
