When will I be able to view my points online?

WHEN will I be able to actually use the DVC website to view my points and my reservations? The website has been useless since the dawn of mankind!:sad1:

Hi;It's been posted before but if you missed it there is a "back door" to view points and vacation details. After you log in select the membership icon at thge top. Next select annual dues in the box at the left. Then selsct view points on the left and finallly vacation details. I know this sounds like a convoluted way to see the details but it works(most of the time). I hope this helps.:thumbsup2

Used the back door earlier this evening and it worked fine for me also. Just keep trying I guess:confused3

I carefully followed this series of steps. Still no luck.:sad1:There isn't really a series of steps required. The only thing you have to do is visit the Annual Dues page at some point during your online session before you try to access the Vacation Details page. Good luck! I hope you can get it to work.
