Wendy (me) 46 but feels 21 in mind - Disney mad, the planner
John (DH) 46 - getting almost at Disney mad as me
Glen (DS) 14 - our lovely little boy one minute, stroppy teenager the next and mature young man occasionally
Ashley (DS) 11 - the loud one! A lot of this holiday has been based around his needs with him being very special.
Wednesday 17th October 2007

Wanted to see the shows more than anything so time for Clyde and Seamore, no-one was wanting to sit near the front as it was in the full sun, everyone was clambering for the seats at the back! Then went onto dolphin show. I have included this photo as I think this is Mr. Frozone from the Incredibles!

Then made our way to Shamu.

During the day we went on Journey to Atlantis where luckily we had some coins on us for the 50c lockets. We didn’t even get damp on this ride! Made our way around to Kraken - now we hadn’t taken a good look at this but I had a fair idea what to expect so we put our stuff in yet another locker $1 this time and joined the queue. I was worried about my specs so I put my strap on to keep them on my head (waste of time - I spent the whole of the ride with my eyes shut). The boys liked it but John and I came off feeling like our brains has been mashed. The constant banging from side to side really hurt and I was glad to get off. Wandered around a bit more to look at the lovely grounds but we were getting tired from the heat and called it a day at 4pm ish. We returned to BC to get some tea from the marketplace with counter service credits, we had some turkey and mozzarella sandwiches (we made the mistake of getting four and realised we should have only got two, they were huge) cookies and drinks and returned to our room. That evening we took a walk around the lake in the opposite direction to before and had ice creams on the boardwalk while watching some of the night time entertainment and seeing just the very high fireworks from Illuminations.

As the boys hadn’t been in the pool they asked if they could nip in for a few minutes, we more or less had it to ourselves until closing at 10pm.
