Trash and Towel Day?

I just received a reply from MS via email. I requested to change our Trash and Towel day up one day on our next trip. :( They said this can NOT be done. Trash and Towel day can not be changed.
I thought I remembered reading that someone HAD in fact changed thier T&T day.
SOOOOOOOO..... Who has had thier T&T day changed and who has tried to have it changed and got a "no can do"?

Yes, it can be done...we've done it many times. Simply call housekeeping when you arrive and tell them that you wish to change your T&T day.

In defense of MS.... They really have nothing to do with this area. Housekeeping would probably never get your T&T requests if you made them through MS.
