Trying to help my niece plan her honeymoon trip. :)

They have a 7:45 AM Segway Tour, and the International Gateway won't be open that early. They'll need a cab from BCV to the Epcot entrance.

2 questions:

Who do you ask to call a cab for you? Parking valet, front desk, other?
Anyone have a ball park idea of how much it would cost for that cab ride?

Thanks!

Actually they will be able to access the park through International Gateway. Have done it many times myself when I've signed up for tours, including the Segway. Their name will be on a list at the gate.

Actually for the 745 tour you would need to go thru thru IG by 730 and I was told it would not be open so we did not book a tour for 745.

We took a cab from the bus/cab area of EPCOT to the Dolphin which should be about the same distance I would think and with the tip it came to $11.

CynReally? For the 7:45 tour? The lady on the phone specifically told me that the Int. Gateway would not be open early enough, since they are to be at the front entrance by Spaceship Earth by 7:25. I wonder if i should call back and ask again.

I wish the Gateway would be open. It would be so much easier (and cheaper) for them to just walk over. We did specifically choose that early tour because it works best with the rest of their plans for that day. Thanks for the reply, Cyn. I'll cross my fingers that maybe the IG might be an option after all.

We did the early segway a few years ago (staying at BCV) and the International Gate was open for people with reservations for segway and princess breakfast. This was mentioned earlier and it worked for us. I would double check but I think you'll be fine via the "back door".
