price difference between cruise price march 2008 or 2009

I need to decide whether or not to bite the bullet and pay $6276.40 for two Cat. 11s for 5 people (at this point) for the March 29, '08 -7day, or wait and see how much better a deal I can get by waiting and planning further ahead for March '09.

If you are cruising 3/29/08 and have two or three in a Cat. 11 room and booked at least a year out, what were your prices? My break down was:

$3713-3 people
$2562-2 people

If I could save $1000 or so I would do it.

I wouldn't be able to jump on it as soon as they come with the sail dates for 2009 because I need to wait for my school district to come out with the calendar,but it should be out by this spring, close to a year out.

Sorry! My DH just informed me that perhaps my question was rude. I'm just an open book about stuff like that and it didn't occur to me that it was personal. If you don't want to share with me your price, might you be able to make a comparison and just advise me as to whether or not you think there is much savings to be had?
