An interesting news story turns into sad reality for me..

Milford House Explosion and Fire

Terri Lee Sylvester Reporting
Milford (WWJ) -- An explosion and house fire kills a 70 year old Milford woman Friday night. Police say the unidentified woman was bedridden and on oxygen in the home on Caroline Street near South Main. Its unclear at this time whether the woman's oxygen tank played a part in the explosion. The victims husband and daughter were also in the home at the time of the fire and were taken to an area hospital suffering from smoke inhalation and minor injuries. The fire is now under investigation


At first I thought this was Interesting as that happened to be where my grandparents live. Then my mother gets a phone call.



That 70 (actually 73, but they got it wrong) year old woman? She was my grandmother.


My Grandfather and Aunt are in the hospital with burns and smoke inhalation. I just feel I need an explanation as to why I won't be posting or playing VMK for a while.
