Hi ya'll. Just ran across a great deal on plain white sweatshirts, and thought I'd make my 2 DD's shirts for Christmas. I've played around, but my new (really an old but refurbished) computer doesn't have photoshop or a good editing program, AND I can't find the clipart I really like. It's of Hannah Montana wearing a glittery red tank top, a red jacket, standing in front of a purple swirly background. Can someone please do me a design? Bigger than a 5x7 if possible. My DD's names are Shealynn and Kayleigh. Shealynn likes the color blueand hot pink and Kayleigh loves purple. I really, really appreciate any help you could give me. And does anyone have a link to good HSM and Hannah Montana Clipart. I can't seem to find alot, even on the Disney clip sites.

I mean Thank You!! (It's a little past my betime) OMG!!! That is totally completely perfect. My DD's will be so thrilled. It's been awhile since I've done an iron on. I know to wash the shirts 1st, clean iron, no steam....do I need to "flip" the design? Or can I print it as is and have it print correctly?

Yes it will be necessary to mirror the image. If you are unable to do this I would be happy to send you mirror images. Glad you liked them!

It is very important that you follow the instructions from your transfer paper. In most cases, if you are using the light transfer paper (all white prints as see through and it is used to put on light shirts), you need to flip the design. However, if you are using dark transfer paper (all white prints as white and it is usually for dark shirts), then you don't flip the design. This is the general case but not always which is why you need to read the instructinos from your paper.
It will also tell you all the things to do to prep. Wash your garment without any fabric software (including dryer sheets) is the main thing to remember. If you normally use dryer sheets, check the dryer to make sure one didn't accidentally get left in there (I had to rewash when that happened to me).
Good luck! I've had great success when I follow the instructions exactly. The only times I've ran into problems was when I decided that I remembered how to do it and winged it. Of course, both times, I forgot major steps!

Thanks for the help. I just washed the shirts, both are white Jerzees sweatshirts. They're in the dryer now, no dryer sheet. Have to run to town to get iron on paper. Thought I had some, but let my Mom have it to make shirts for vacation Bible school. I'll let you know how it turned out.

Hi Ya'll
Since no one indicated colors for the names I made them all in purple. If you are needing or wanting your name color changed let me know.
Thanks,
