But then I thought maybe someone on here could help...

Would anyone be able to cut the background (people, etc) out of this picture of my daugher? I would greatly appreciate any help....

It might be better if you could post a larger pic or a link to a larger pic. That way, the final version won't be so small. Enlarging it after the fact will lead to a less sharp picture in the end.

From a technical standpoint, it can certainly be done. Getting rid of thepeople should be no problem at all.

Also, what color do you ant the background to be in the end? Do you just want your daughter with nothing behind her? That is fine too, but just let me know what color you want it to be.

yes it can be done, here is my 5 minute effort on the smaller picture, as Andrew said, the original would be much better to work with

The question you have to ask yourself in a situation like this is when you take something out (like those people) what do you want to put in its place? You could probably remove the people's feet and replace it with some of the carpet. But the people's upper body will be harder because you don't realy know for sure what was behind them.

Master Mason did the next best thing which was isolate the background and just blur it out.

But as previously posted, a larger file would be easier to work with.

I got the larger file and managed to get it done like this. Like mabas said, the background is the hard part.

OK, now I know who I'm going to from now on to get my photos "fixed". You got time for about 6000 photos?

Well, I'm leaving for WDW in 5 days, so I think I'm a bit short on time for the whole 6000! :lmao:
