The Walt Disney World Water Drinkers Association lives on...
This is a continuation of an earlier thread...about Disney Water....
Do you like the H2O in It's a Small World...or is Seven Seas Lagoon more your taste???
Join the WDWWDA..and swap stories (but hopefully not spit :D)
(yes...we know it's a joke...but this thread is "just for fun!)

I prefer Crescent Lake.

I've never personally drank the water in Its a Small World. Every time I try to bend over and get a drink, a cast member chastises me for not keeping my hands and arms (and mouth) in the boat!!!!:D

As a founding member of Walt Disney World Water Drinkers Association I will share my very favorite WDW water...
The water from the World Showcase Lagoon, taken from the bridge between UK and France, has an incredible je ne sais qua (or something like that) about it. It tickles the palate like a fine French Champagne with the color of Guiness and the bouquet of calvados.

I still maintain that the purest and tastiest water comes from the Seven Seas Lagoon. I just lean over the side of the Resort Launch to the Poly, take my straw, pop it in, and slurp away! The best is the foam that comes in the wake of passing Water Mouses!

Personally my favorite is Splash Mountain, righ after the drop. Mmmmm-mmmm-good! IT's like country spring water.

I prefer the water from Kali River Rapids... All that foaming and constant churning action add more bubbles to the water, making it more palatable. :)
I'm more of a Maelstrom gal myself. It's chock full of Norwegian goodness!

Thanks a lot people!! I just got back from WDW and tried drinking the water on It's a Small World. Not only did the CM call security and have me thrown out of the park, but now I feel sick to my stomach and am running a high fever. I also seem to be developing some sort of rash on my..well never mind. I have ringing in my ears....and let's not forget dry-mouth. Serious dry mouth. The doctor says I might have malaria. So how do you guys do it without getting sick and in trouble?

Just skip all the other bodies of water, and head straight for the All Star Pools. Fill er up! Drink all you want. It's plum full of all kinds of minerals! And a bunch of other stuff too!

This is all great information! I'm writing everything down for my next trip!! But doesn't this thread belong up on the Planning Board, that seems to be a better fit.
So how do I join the WDWWDS and is there a family plan available?

For the low, low price of $20.02 you can buy the official WDWWDS membership which entitles you and all members of your IMMEDIATE family to a special bottle, pin to wear on your laynard, and sheet music to the offical WDWWDS theme song. Hurry there is a limited quantity and you need a special code and postcard.

Personally, I perfer the Fish Spit water from Coronado Springs to the Camel Spit from Aladdin's... It has a fresh lime flavor that brings a certain brightness to it....Now for added flavor, you could scoop the water below the fish, in the kiddie pool....
My favorite water, by far, is the Leap-Frog Fountains....you have to work a little to get a good swig, but it makes it oh so much better when you finally land a faceful.......

Jasmine...some time ago there was a hsitoric merger...the WDWWDA and the WDWWDS joined forces to become the largest WDW water appreciation group in the world today!!!
Either name is correct...but WDWWDA is the "official" name....
And I must put a vote in for the Jungle Cruise...a slightly smoky flavor...but full of rich goodness...
And let's not forget the "Lost Holy Grail" for WDWWDA members...the legendary 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea Lagoon! Hopefully someday..that area will open up again and WDWWDA members will indulge to their heart's content....

I just love to tell people that, as a child visiting my grandmother in Zephyrhills, I used to swim in the spring on the outskirts of town. The same spring that they now bottle and sell for $$$ a bottle at WDW. :)

I hate to give away such a tightly held secret, but the water in the kiddie pool at Wilderness Lodge.....UN-BE-LIEV-ABLE!! Of course, it's rather inconsistent in its taste, but on a 95 degree day after the kids have been in there for 6 hours....magnifique!
For a more carbonated, elegant choice, the geyser a few feet away cannot be beat. But you can only catch it every 1/2 hour, and you ALWAYS end up in somebody's photo album.
DeeCee
02-22-2002, 02:21 PM
Oh come on you guys! Nothing compares to that at the Jungle Cruise. Where else could you say you tasted the backside of water.:)

:earsboy:
You know....I was hoping to keep that a tightly held secret...but DeeCee is right...the backside of water is much more refreshing than the frontside :) The backside of water tastes like a fine French bubbly...mmmm. The frontside of water is more like a lower priced (but still good) California white wine....

My second is definitely from the kiddie pool at CSR. The yellow tinge reminds me of Gatorade.

I had completely forgotten about that, DeeCee! You're right, the back side of water is such a unique thing it's really special to get a taste.
If I'm eating cheese with it, I also like the smoky flavor of the water found in the burnt village in Pirates of the Carribean. For a cool refresher, the water in Maelstrom is very chilly. I also agree with Leota about the leap-frog fountains or "jumping" water -- very well aerated with a touch of fantasy. Not quite carbonated, though. If you want carbonated, you need to get it from the backwards-waterfall outside the Imagination Pavilion in Future World. That water is so well carbonated that it is so light it floats UP!

Frankly I like the Fountain of Nations in Epcot. When they 1st opened it they had water from 7 nations poured into it. You can get a good taste of waters from around the world. It seems to be a aquired taste, though, more sophisticated.

The back lot tour offers some nice favors.
The special effects tank is a nice change of pace mixing stale water and salty guest sweat.
Catastrophy canyon offers a hint of of refined oil rinsed over hand panted fiberglass "rock" and a delicate burnt natural gas after taste. Sit on the left and hold out a frosty mug.

I prefer the fountains at Downtown Disney. Since I am used to traditional drinking fountains, it took me a little while to get used to lying on my stomach with my mouth open waiting(and all those darn kids that kept trying to knock me out of line!). OK waters of the world experts - I'm in need of some cold-healing waters.....which would you suggest for a remedy?......

Leota, when I am in the need of taking the healing waters I prefer the warm water of the GF Spa hydrotherapy. All those aromatherapy additives, shaken, not stirred, works miracles:jester:

I also want to highly recommend the water at Shark Reef at Typhoon Lagoon....
A rare treat...full of fishy goodness! :D

02-24-2002, 12:52 AM
Jas, I've tried a sample of GCH water at the Poly!! It has a slight pineapple flavor. Very tropical and fruity. You'll love it.
Leota, true cold healing water can be tough to come by at WDW. The most powerful source can be found in Epcot. I warn you it is extremely rare and difficult to obtain. The runoff from the moisture and snow in Ice Station Cool is proving to have extreme healing powers. Our WDWWDS VP of R&D did some analysis a couple years ago and arrived at some amazing conclusions. Check with Higgs
The quickest way to intake this precious elixir is by eating the snow found on the walkways. If that is not to your liking, you can take a large sponge and soak up any moisture found on the walls and mixed with the snow and then squeeze it into your bottle.
disykat, I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble drinking from the fountains. I suggest you file a report with our Director of Security, Miss Jasmine. I'm sure she can recommend ways to avoid that problem.

Just checking in...
wdwoldtimer is right...we at the WDWWDS have found that the waters of Ice Station Cool, though hard to get at, do in fact have some mild healing powers...just use the method outlined by wdwoldtimer and you will start to feel the effects in 2-3 days...
Additionally, we have some preliminary indications that the waters used in Summit Plummet at Blizzard Beach may also have some of the same properties...we are still doing research on this...watch this space for more details ;)

Carrying the tremendous burden of safeguarding the interests of our Senior Citizens, I must say that some of the responses on this thread have seemed somewhat capricious. Don't you know that there are many fragile, elderly folks out there just waiting for some magic elixir to restore their youth? And you hold out this unproven urban myth of various healing agents in the WDW water!
Believe me, if there was a fountain of youth there, I'd of found it by now and distributed it to my constituents. But fear not, I'll keep looking.
You can cross the moat water around the castle in MK off of the list....it has no medicinal value, but does have that wonderful gunpowdery taste found in waters beneath fireworks world wide!
IASW Rider
02-25-2002, 12:54 PM
Well, Granny, I admire your dedication to protecting the interests of senior citizens worldwide.
I don't know about medicinal properties, but I've recently discovered the joy of drinking directly from the large tanks in The Living Seas - each sip is like having an entire meal!
Rajah
02-25-2002, 01:04 PM
Granny -- Have you tried the water from It's A Small World? I've heard that might have some youth-restoring properties.
Or the water from the Mermaid's Lagoon in Peter Pan's Flight also contains some of that "never-grow-up" youth restoration. That is *very* hard to get, though. You have to hit it just at the right time, when the second star to the right is shining, in order to have a chance of getting any water from the Mermaid's Lagoon.

I have an important announcement from the R & D team at the WDWWDS....Until further notice...the water in the Manatee exhibit at the Living Seas is off limits...This is due to enviornmental concerns to protect the endangered Manatee...we are feverishly working to come up with a rationing solution to balance both the needs of the manatees and members of the WDWWDS...
BTW IASW..you may still safely drink the water in the rest of the Living Seas....;)
DisneyJen
02-25-2002, 02:48 PM
Higgs, I hope you and our crack R&D team are able to come up with a solution ... and soon since we are having a run on memberships. Between this and the 20K Leagues Under the Seas rationing we could have a marketing catastrophe;)
Or is this just another one of our beloved founder's key marketing strategies that he hasn't share with the marketing department. Sort of like the "new" Coke recipe;)
IASW Rider
02-25-2002, 03:33 PM
Don't worry, Higgs - I will stay away from the manatee tank. I hadn't sampled the water from that tank, anyway - those manatees can be pretty scary when they're eating their large heads of lettuce, and I wanted to stay out of their way! I prefer the coral reef tank, anyway - more water to be had, in there!

Please let me know if you are having trouble accessing any water sites because of pesky CMs or guests. It is my job to insure the safety of all our WDWWDS members. And this is a duty I take quite seriously.

I must say, water from the 7 seas lagoon is my personal favorite, but oh how that water from the Rivers of America (On the way to Tom Sawyer Island) quenches your thirst on a hot day! And you can just tell by the look of the water on the Jungle cruise that its full of vitamins and minerals! Yummy!
IASW Rider
02-26-2002, 09:11 AM
WDW Poly Princess - yes, the Seven Seas Lagoon water is a personal favorite of mine, as well. I think that the reason that we enjoy it so much is that it's fed by the all-American wholesomeness of the Rivers of America! Grab a straw and join me on the Poly dock for some Lagoon water sipping!
As VP of International Affairs, I must promote the waters of the Jungle Cruise, World Showcase Lagoon, Kali River Rapids, El Rio De Tiempo, the Maelstrom......and of course IASW, as well! Sample the unique and individual flavors of the International waters of WDW! They are cultural experiences unto themselves!

An update from the WDWWDS research and development team....
The water in the Manatee tank at the Living Seas has been ruled safe to drin...BUT since there are no extraordinary properties to this water...we are still recommending that WDWWDS members avoid this water...this is in the best interest of the manatees...since if the water level in the tank is seriously depleted, it could damage their health....besides, do you REALLY want partially digested lettuce in your water...
The better news is we have found a much underutilized source of water in the Magic Kingdom...Extensive research has discovered that the water pouring off the wheel of Harper’s Mill on Tom Sawyer Island tastes like lemonade...try some and see!!
Enjoy! ;)

Okay, so I'm a late bloomer, but as a member of the WDWWDS/A board I felt obligated to make a contribution:
STAY AWAY FROM EL RIO DEL TIEMPO!!!!!! Gee Whiz, haven't you folks ever heard of Montezuma's revenge?
I suppose kiddie pools are fine for the novice, but the flavor can be unpredictable, like the proverbeal box of chocolates, you never know what you're going to get! The same could be said for all "open-access" sources of water. Yes even the mote (sp?) at Cinderella's Castle ( need I remind you of the guard at the Love Shack and his need for relief ). Why even the H2O of IASW has to be suspect because all those little folks from all those different countries with the sound of running water so prevalent have never been seen absent from their posts!
So which water is the best? I humbly submit, as VP of Wildlife Preservation, that water drank from the spitting camels of Aladdin is superior to all others. Yes, I know, it can be difficult to catch a mouthful and you do run the risk of a neck injury, but the best things in life are worth the extra effort. Sometimes you have to choose to do more than hang over the side of a launch with a Crazystraw, besides, this makes the Camel an even more useful critter than it already is!

Rajah, funny you should mention the possible youth restoration properties of IASW. Unfortunately our technical team has found this to be untrue. Granny tried it early on with the same hopes, but the only effect it had was to make him shake his butt and wave his hands back and forth incessantly with an eerie smile on his face, all while humming some familiar tune over and over and over again. Luckily the effect wore off after a couple weeks.
Three cheers to Higgs' crack research team to post the latest warning about the manatee water. Not only is it for environmental concerns, there are unconfirmed reports of some of the past drinkers starting to look and act like manatees. It's best to heed Higgs' warning lest you your loved ones sense a disquieting metamorphosis when they look at you. But this would be the least of your problems. If our head of security catches anyone breaking WDWWDS mandates, good heavens, I would not want to be in your shoes. She is one individual you DON'T want to cross. Let's just say the last member to break the rules still has to drink water from a straw.
What are these grumblings from the Marketing department? Isn't it Marketing's job to put the right spin on everything, including this catastrophic issue with the manatee water and the unprecedented run on sub water? Let you hair down, babe! Let the creative juices flow. I'm sure you can come up with a way to turn this into something positive. And where's our WDWWDS logo, by the way?!?
I'm thinking we need to start distributing our newsletter in multiple languages in order to boost our international presence. We need to send you on a road trip, IASW Rider. Can you speak French and do you feel like spending your honeymoon in Tahiti? I have to check with our CFO to see if it's in the budget...wait....we don't have a CFO yet!
Who has an accounting background and experience in managing multi-million dollar budgets for a non-profit organization?!?

Geez, leave it to the environmental guy to rain on everyone's parade! Next you'll be telling us drinking from the Seven Seas Lagoon will burn holes in the ozone layer and cause global warming! Or slurping up the water around the Tree House Villas has an adverse effect on the Spotted Owl! Well I guess I hired the right person for the job! Welcome A-Dad!

An update from the youth restorative properties of WDW Water front: An anonymous source informed me that there is "MAGIC IN THE WATER" of the Fantasmic moat. Our first-class and extremely creative design team is coming up with a logo that captures the spirit of WDWWDS ... We are looking at colors like ... the guiness colored water of World Showcase Lagoon, tinged with the murkiness of the Jungle Cruise water. We are looking for the right shade of yellow ... we are looking for inspiration from some of the kiddie pools at the resorts.
We really need to hire a DIRECTOR OF COMMUNICATIONS (HOW ABOUT IT BRERALEX YOU WOULD BE PERFECT )so we can get the right spin worked out on this shortage.
Since the camel spit tastes like Cristal maybe we can position the manatee water as vintage Dom Perignom? But how can you top Cristal ... Nonetheless, don't worry fearless CEO ... you name it, we spin it:bounce:

OK, I have performed a complete engineering study of each and every water source at WDW, including DD. Based on the average size of the human mouth, throat capacity and stomach size, versus water quality, mineral content, etc., I find that the most beneficial WDW H2O consumption experience is attained by sitting in the front row of a Splash Mountain boat with a #12 funnel firmly implanted between your lips and your head parallel to the track on the last big hill.
As soon as the boat hits bottom, SWALLOW!
The volume of water consumed, combined with the burning sensation of the water ripping down your throat, will be the most awesome water experience you can attain.
Sincerely Submitted

OK....we have done some preliminary research on the Fantasmic water...and we have discovered some potentially earth-shattering news....
while the water from the lagoon (thanks IASW) does in fact steam..and has some smoky properties...it is by itself, rather ordinary...
BUT
Once it hits the jets and becomes the water screens, something amazing happens
If you are able to get to those spray screens with a straw...drinking that water allows you to see into the future!!!
Note: our research has shown that this only works when the water is part of the "official" water screens...if you bottle it...it just becomes regular water...
So, the problem is...how to sneak by cast members and into the lagoon during the show...prehaps our director of security could come up with a plan....
BTW ksdave...have you considered the possibility of choking on Splash Mountain...I think a #12 funnel could lead to problems...we need to check this out...we don't want to be losing WDWWDS members ;)
ksdave
02-26-2002, 09:52 PM
Based on the posts seen from the WDWWDS members to date, I had to make the assumption that ALL of the mouths in question were plenty big enough for a #12 funnel. As a native New Yorker, I know my mouth is big enough :D

02-26-2002, 10:26 PM
Wow...now that's an engineer! Can't wait to see his engineering notebook on that Splash experiment. I can see Higgs and Dave are going to be a great team of technologists.
I'm curious....how does one prevent an excess of bugs being funneled into the mouth along with the water?
Don't worry about the problem with bottling the Fantasmic water, Higgs...you keep researching the new ideas and Dave will figure out how to make it happen.
I realize you're the creative marketing genius, Jen, but you might consider getting some commercial tie-in with the Louis Roederer vineyards. Since our International Relations VP isn't going to Tahiti, I think we can afford to send you to France for a face-to-face meeting with those vintners. (and make sure you bring back a case of the Cristal Rose)
Still looking for a CFO......geez, are there no bean counters looking for work? Someone who can add? Anyone with a calculator?

I must comment on the Fantasmic water screens...due to the nature of Fantasmic and all of the special effects I warn you that you can be seriously hurt. If you should decide to take this challenge and survive, you will risk losing your WDWWDS membership and perhaps be banned for life (dependent on the boards vote) as this would most likely disrupt the show angering many people. We wouldn't want to get our communications people all upset would we???? We know how they like to work so hard. Hey, do we have a communications person yet? Maybe we could set up a special showing of Fantasmic just to sample the water screen water.
If we do have a communications persons I need to get with him/her to work on the crisis manual and what procedures need to be followed in case of a WDWWDS emergency. The VP of Marketing may be able to help on this as well.
At this time I am investigating an incident involving a WDWWDS member and the hippo on the Jungle Cruise. Please people be careful when there are wild animals around.
wdwoldtimer
02-27-2002, 09:28 AM
Geez, is the hippo ok? I hope it didn't get hurt. There's no telling what can happen when you get in the way of a crazed water drinker. Hmm....you might want to check whether the hippo was wearing a tutu or not. The incident may have been a crime of passion rather than something over the water.
We don't have a Communications person yet. I can't get a hold of him. He must be off singing the Sponge Bob Square Pants theme song to a crowd of swooning women.
If we can schedule a special private showing of Fantasmic, I wonder if we can finagle special EE mornings for WDWWDS members? My whole life has been turned upside down with the loss of EE!! All the itineraries I've planned out for the next 10 years are in chaos! What will I do with that extra hour that isn't accounted for? Don't get me started!! {deep breath....}

Hey boss, the bugs being funneled into your mouth on Splash is why the water has such a high protein content. It also makes you feel lighter for a while, with all those little critters flying around in your stomach.
As for the Fantasmic water, the best idea I've come up with so far is a retractable aluminum-lithium straw. This material could be made in concentric tubes with an .012" thick wall that would be strong enough to hold the weight of itself, plus the prized water. You could slip it into your pants leg while entering the show, making sure you get the front row. Once the show starts, you pull out a section at a time, being as nonchalant as possible to avoid CM attention (maybe buy your kid one of the Mickey lights that spin and have him annoy all of the people around you with it. That way, they'll never even notice you). The only caution would be to retract the straw before the big riverboat comes around the bend and snaps your straw (and maybe your neck).

ATTENTION ALL MEMBERS OF WDWDS....NEWS FLASH! NEWS FLASH!.......EXTRA! EXTRA!
During a recent foray into MK I was able to confirm a rumor passed on to me by our animal friends on PoC - 'squeakity squeak squeakin' - it seems that PoC contains a fountain of energy, not youth mind you, but energy. Energy the likes of which could put the sports drink industry out of business. Of course such a treasure comes at some risk. I have confirmed that the water contained within the well of the town that is constantly under swashbuckler attack on PoC has an unusually high carbohydrate content ( this same well serves the water needs of the town's chicken population but is strictly off limits to cats - sadly, segregation still exists in the animal world ).
The risks associated with this "fountain of energy" are numerous. First, there are the cannon balls and musket fire to contend with. Second, you must be wary of the odd blade that may cross your path. Third, if you allow yourself to fall into the hands of the town's marauders you could find yourself at the end of a rope or on the auction block for a few barrels of rum! Finally, if one of the townswomen mistakes you for a pirate, you could get smacked in the head with a rolling pin. Not to mention the dangers of exiting a moving ride vehicle or being caught by a CM!!!
In spite of these risks, I am certain that countless folks will want to partake of the fountain of energy in order to avoid the mid-day break or just to keep up with the kids. I am hopefull that our engineering officer will be able to suggest a better way to access this much needed resource!

I knew we could rely on ksdave to solve our Fantasmic water problem....We will do some computer models and tests to determine the best way to avoid being seen, and how much water you can take without reducing the video production quality of the water screens...we don't want to ruin the show :)...BTW...I don't think the Riverboat will be a problem...the straw will have enough give that it won't cause serious injury if it strikes the boat...again R & D needs to confirm this...but I think it will be a "go " soon...
Now...we have another situation....what to do with the knowledge of the future once you drink the prized water...I realize this is a moral question, and it needs to be decided by the society as a whole...but I thought I'd toss it out there...would it be right to use the water to determine future lottery numbers...thus insuring large jackpots and enriching the WDWWDS...what could that money be used for...or should we just enjoy the knowing what the future may hold...and not use it for personal gain? I'm torn on this issue, and frankly I think it goes outside the boundaries of the R & D department...does anyone have any thoughts?
Now, a-daddy...could you get me a sample of this PoC "energy water"? If your information is correct..this could be one of the biggest discoveries in the storied history of the WDWWDS! Get me that sample, and I'll put my team on it....
Thanks....
BTW, tell your animal friends "Squeak, squeakity, squeaker, squeaketh" for me

Dave, please, we're like family here. Dispense with the "boss".
"Sir", "Your Highness" or "O Great One" are more than adequate!
Excellent solution to the Fantasmic problem! Now I realize with the straws, funnels and distractive Mickey lights...we need a Merchandising person! We'll set up a website for online ordering! He/she will of course report to our VP of Marketing. Hmm...I need to do a little more recruiting I see.
As for the PoC well water, we may not need a technical solution. What do you think of good 'ol bribery? The mayor of the town practically lives inside that well....I mean every time I sail by, he's in there drinking. (No wonder he has so much energy) Maybe if we throw a few bucks his way he'll turn and spit the water into our bottles instead of back into the well.
Higgs I think we can answer the moral question about seeing into the future. I mean which Society is better suited to determine the future of mankind that the WDWWDS? If you like, we can take a vote from the other members....should we use the powers of precognition for personal gain or not. Frankly it doesn't matter how the poll goes since my single vote overpowers everyone's.....you know...being the CEO and all. So who knows what the PowerBall jackpot is??
Don't forget everyone....keep sending pixie dust to DisneyJen's mom! She's doing fine!

Powerball is at a measily $12M tonight. Of course, if I win it, it will still be enough for me to quit my job, move to Celebration, and become a fulltime maintenance diver at WDW. I'll be able to maintain all of the water attractions, fountains, lagoons, lakes, canals, etc. for big Mike Eisner, while sneeking away hundreds of gallons of valuable WDW H2O for our beloved Society members (you know, one tank for oxygen and one for sucking up the H2O).
I think the first place that I'll need to repair is PoC.

Just stopping in for a quick visit to make sure that you all are keeping up with the Research and Development in support of WDWWDS while I am off ... I think I need to get some water from the hydrotheraphy spa at Disney Institute or GF since my dear mother had such a rough night last night:( She had an allergic reaction to the pain medicine ... which caused her to break out in hives as well as nausea. I told her this morning that I would bring her some magic elixirs from our company so that she can be us and running ... okay maybe walking without a cane ... when we go to WDW in May.
Jas and I will work on the crisis management plan since I suspect we could have quite a run on all of our waters once words gets out ... which from a marketing perspective is a good problem along as we can keep up on demand.
O Great Founder, have we found a VP or Production and Inventory Control yet? Or a Director of Logistics? I will need to consult with these folks to make sure they can keep up as we unroll these products.
Thanks for the pixie dust ... please keep sending it this way. It goes great with the spa waters;)

Oh Exhaulted One! After reviewing DisJen's post I am suddenly aware of the sevearity of our staffing problem. I feel obligated to point out that I am a comptroller for a rather large local company with monthly sales in the millions of dollars. Now it's true, this company is for profit so I may not be completely qualified for the CFO position with WDWWDS. If not, check the Park Game thread, within the last 5 pages or so I do remember discussing accounting with someone....BRERALEX I think.
True, we could bribe the town's patriarch in order to more easily acquire "PoCade", but I fear we still may some need technical assistance to avoid the projectiles, blades, rolling pins, and bucaneers. Any suggestions KS Dave?....BTW, have you always had that orange tint to your pigmentation, or were you suffering from sunburn in that photo?
Yes Higgs22, it's a great show...care for a spinach puff? I have it on good authority that the members of WDWWDS will soon be forced to participate in the construction of something called WDWoldtimertopia.....it all hinges n Fantasmic water and the Powerball I believe.

A-Dad you have been promoted to CFO but you still need to keep an eye on environmental and wildlife issues, we don't need the EPA and Greenpeace on our butts. Both of you put yourselves in for a 40% raise. (psst..that's not for taking on the greater responsibility by the way, it's for the "O Great Founder" and "Oh Exalted One" salutation.) Lots of PD to your Mom and to you and your family, DisneyJen!!!!!
I have returned from my brief absence - due to my procuring vials of water from various bodies of water at the Polynesian. KSDave must have been reading my mind. As VP of International Affairs, I found it appropriate to collect samples for submission to our brilliant Research Scientists for evaluation. I bring with me samples from both of the Poly Pools (some taken directly from the waterfall - stored separately from standard pool water), samples from each of the outdoor landscaping waterfalls as well as the lobby garden waterfall, and samples from the stream which runs behind the Poly. I did notice a hint of coconut and pineapple scent, as I scooped the water into vials (or maybe that was just what the ducks who swim in the stream and landscaped inlets left behind!). Looking forward to the assessment of these Polynesian treats!
Respectfully submitted,
Lisa / IASW Rider :)

amandadaddy, my pic shows what happens when you visit WDW too many times. It in't bad being orange, but the fur is murder here in KS during the summer ;) .
I think a Kevlar diving suit should do the trick in PoC. Since the military uses Kevlar to stop bullets, it should stop those rusty old cannon balls the Buccaneers use. You could slip it under your clothes and slip out of the boat when it does the drop in the dark. Just collect your water and hop on the next available boat with an empty seat. Of course, the suit might itch a bit. And you'd have to do this during the winter months, as the suit would probably feel like a character suit during the summer (ouch).
IASW rider, thanks for getting the Poly water. Great minds think alike, right?
wdwoldtimer, guess neither one of us won the big one in Powerball. We'll have to try again Saturday for that prized life in Celebration.

The water in the Dueling Dragons pond is pretty tasty. Watch out for the dragons, though. I once took a refreshing sip out of the pond, stood up, and got zonked in the head by Ice Dragon.
At Sea World, the water at Shamu Stadium is pretty tasty. All you need to do is stand in the front row, open your mouth, and wait for Shamu to nail you with a volley.

Hello All. First I want to give our DisneyJen many, many {{{{{HUGS}}}}} (pass some on to your mom from me).
I have a fact finding mission planned for next Saturday. I will be further scoping the security at Epcot to see if there needs to be any additional advisories. I wll also be talking to CMs about our need to access all of the waters. I will get with their people to insure safety for us and for the other guests when it comes to water consumption.
I may have to send out a crew to US/IOA in the near future if anyone is planning on going over there to partake of the waters.
This just in....Whoever is adding perservatives and flavorings to the jumping waters at Imagination, we are hot on your trail. I will not stand for water tampering.

Higgs, why don't you put yourself in for a raise as well? Whatever you feel is appropriate. And take a vacation day too.
Lisa, I need you to get over to DLP right away! You can tag along with Jen who's going to France already. We need to catalog and test the waters at the other Disparks. I also need you to act as liaison with Barry as you check out all those non-Disney parks. YOu'll need to coordinate with Higgs' and Jas' team too. We don't want them to bust their way in to US/IOA for water samples and rub the Universal folks the wrong way. How's your schmoozing skills? Geez, you're really busy....give yourself a raise too.
Dave, try to get Jas one of those Kevlar suits ASAP, she's been treading dangerous waters lately on some of her clandestine security missions. See if you can put an asbestos layer in the thing....she may come in contact with some fire too.
Jas after your Epcot visit I want you to take a day off too. You've been working many fronts...I can't have one of my key people getting burned out. In fact, stop by the GF and get yourself a full day of pampering at the spas. Just throw it all on your expense report and give it to A-Dad.
Ahh...I love being in charge....I should put myself in for a raise.

I just got great news this morning. After years of being the no-man's land for air fares, Wichita is finally getting a discount airline! AirTran starts flying here in May. KSDave,
We live in Charleston, WV....transplants from Cleveland Ohio.....well, we were looking into air for our June trip. If we flew out of Charleston or Cleveland it was going to be $250 each with a transfer in Atlanta. Well, after doing a bit of research, we were able to find that if we flew out of Akron/Canton....a small little airport 45 mins east of Cleveland, we could get a direct flight on AirTran for $175!!!! We are VERY happy about that! :) The only thing that made me hesitate is that AirTran used to be ValueJet....and they didn't have a good track record.
Best of luck finding that magical flight!

On to the water situation....The sabators have been captured and the jumping waters at Imagination are safe once again for consumption. The results of the FDA testing of bottled GF Spa Hydrotherapy water and its medicinal values are in hand. Seems that the water loses some of its potency during the transit from WDW. We are not sure if the cause is the type of container (plastic bottle versus glass bottle) or method of transportation (Tinkerbell delivery versus WDW Transit Authority).
Nonetheless, I can report first-hand that the combination of water and pixie dust are working wonders for my dear mom. She actually is going to the gym today, some 4 days after having both of her knees replaced. Tomorrow she will be transported to a rehab hospital. Looks like if we find the right combinaton of water and pixie dust she should be in pretty good shape for our family trip in May.
ISAW Rider and I are still in negotiations with three champagne houses in France ... Roeder, Moet Chandon and Mumms. After we are done our blind tasting we will report our finding to the board.
Dave, we are working with Pixar on a way to combine the total WDW experience through virtual reality glasses that we will package with the high-end waters. Let me know if you would like to be part of the test segment.
Off to the hospital to see Mom and to deliver the next load of pixie dust and water:bounce:

LOL, OT. I think dear leader you have made a fatal mistake. We may have been under the radar of the powers that be. I am scared that our great thread will be closed for being over the page limit. Of course maybe Kath will take mercy on you (just remember not to bonk her next time in chat).

What is this??? I sense an attitude of defeat in the WDWWDS!!!
So what if they shut the trivia thread down??? They shut our water thread down once too, remember??
And what did we do?? Did we give up? NO, WE BROUGHT IT BACK!!! :)
And we WILL bring the parks game back again!!! :D
They might slow us down, but they will never keep us down...
We just might have to move it...and/or start over...we built the best thread once...we can do it again!!!
Let's see if the original thread comes back...if it doesn't...well then I think it is up to the WDWWDS to ensure good parks trivia (as well as protecting and preserving the rights of WDW water drinkers everywhere!)
Who's with me??? ;)

Here you go Jen.....here's the keys to my old company car. My new one's arriving from Stuttgart this afternoon. And have the Maintenance guy (do we have a Maintenance guy?) paint your name on one of the parking spots out front. Don't forget, Reverse is on the LEFT side, next to first gear on Bimmers!
Don't worry Jas, I have it all figured out. While the revolt is going on down here on the CB, Kath won't even notice it has exceeded the max length. And if she does....well then we blackmail her for letting it slide for so long. Ingenious, huh? They don't make just ANYONE a CEO, you know!

That might be the way to go....of course we'd need a pointer posted on the planning board for the non WDWWDS players. I'd hate to see our post count start at 0, though. Still, it'll die off if we don't kick it soon. Some of the newer players have probably left already.
Official word from Kath (no, she didn't shut it down ) was that all the boards are having trouble, it's not just with our thread. Alex is hard at work trying to get it rolling.

I agree with our Fearless Leader..any shift must be made soon, to preserve the game...
Let's see what happens...we can always start a new thread and shift back to the old one if it gets fixed.
BTW...do we have any fromal marketing plans yet...I ask only because I'm sitting here at my desk drinking an Arizona
Iced Tea..and I was wondering how it would taste with WDW water...the possibilities are endless..flavored drinks made with te different waters of WDW...mmmmmmmmm that's good drinking...
Also, I need some opinions...what about the water surrounding Pleasure Island? Our research shows that there might be some potential there (or it could also just be beer runoff from the clubs) Has anyone had any experience with this water?
Later....

It's skank water....runoff from the toilets in the clubs. It's particularly bad around Planet Hollywood. Stay away from it. I've seen many a dead fish in there.

You don't want to knock those people on their butts and have us thrown out. I need to go an dobserve a showing. IPerhaps a sidetrip when we go to Epcot on Saturday.
By and by oh wonderful, gracious leader, are there any assignments for me while I trek through Epcot on Saturday? I am always willing to serve you!
Now I shall be off to check out the new thread.

Jas while you are on your recon mission at EPCOT on Saturday could you take a look at the water level in World Showcase Lagoon? Our bottling team needs to gear up from production and I want to make sure that we will have enough product to fill those bottles?
Higgs, we are in talks with three champagne houses in France ... Roeder, Mumms and Moet. Once we have nailed down those contracts for our high-end waters I'll begin negotiations with folks like Snapple, Arizona Tea for our lower end waters...
We have one contract with Mc Donalds. When you buy those new 100 Years of Magic glasses they are filled with Coke products that were made with WDW water! Talk about integrated marketing:earseek:

Hi all!
And thanks for the warm welcome of my position here of 'VP' of Entertainment!
Sorry for losing the link so many time's oldtimer - but wedding plans just suck!!! Takes up too much of my time and WAY to many brain cells...
I dont know if it is safe to say this here...so I'll try to whisper...but the water at Jurassic Park at IOA is out of this world...it has an 'extinct' taste, that WDW has yet to use, simply based on the fact that Dinosaur and Universe of Energy do not use water....maybe imagineers should take a taste and consider making one of these 2 attractions water as well! ( right after they steel the concept of 'Spiderman' - I actually hope that they do THAT first)
...as for WDW water - I have to say that POC has the top notch water that is readily available. I mean you can taste the beer in the water that the Pirate's have dropped in it - "...is there a down side to this..?" (Hades, Hercules)
Higgs22
03-07-2002, 11:39 AM
Madonna...we need samples of that IOA water....If you can get them to me...I'll get a team on it right away....
We have some preliminary results on the Voyage of the Little Mermaid water from MGM...
Other than a slight tuna-life flavor (what did you expect with all those fishes???;)) there are no real promising properities...the water is safe for drinking...but it would probably be more suited to boil shrimp, clams, and lobsters in...
How about a WDWWDS clambake at Ft. Wilderness??? We could use the water from MGM...mmmmmmmmmmm
Jen...let me know how the drink negotiations are going...I'll start working on bottling techniques...

Now, has anybody checked the water at Kali River Rapids yet?
ozzel
03-12-2002, 07:54 AM
I finally found my way to the Water Board! Yeay!
I've had Kali - refreashing with a spicey boquet. Goes well with Tai or Chinese cuisine. Towards the later half of the river the water takes on a smokey flavor from the exotic woods being infused into the blend. Adds a nice touch.

Yeesh I have been waiting to post my fact finding mission in Epcot from Saturday.
The water levels are high at the world showcase lagoon. So we should be a go on bottling that water.
I also visited the fountain in France and got a sample of the water from the foutain there. I will be forwarding it to R&D for analyses. It kind of has a weird smell. Oh well.
I did not come across any security issues while touring the worlds. I could readily stick my hand or head in a fountain, and no one stopped me. So go for it.

But does he listen to me :( I will let him know that you all were asking for him. Thank goodness we have this crack (or would that be cracked) executive management team to run WDWWDS in his stead.
I have sent him some pixie dust and some GF Hydrotherapy water with instructions on how to mix it. Worked wonders for my mom who is leaving the rehab hospital today ... Two weeks to the day that she had BOTH of her knees replaced:bounce: :bounce:

So glad to hear that your Mom is coming home, today, Jen! Perhaps we can toast her with some of that vintage '71 IASW water, that you were mentioning, the other day???
The situation with the Studios water is certainly worth looking in to. I think I saw something bubbling in the lake near Dinosaur Gertie's..........unless that was the underwater research crew and their equipment that I saw! Or perhaps it was a WDWWDS member with a straw, blowing bubbles..........this will have to be reviewed further!

Yes, I am very worried and upset about the incident with the water from the GMR. I am hot on the trail looking for any clues from that "other" organization. I surely hope this is just an isolated incident, and not the beginnings of an all out water contamination in the hopes of stopping the WDWWDS. Ozzel, please forward all water samples promptly to R&D. I expect an update as soon as possible. I am hoping we don't have to enact our crisis management plan.
As for our fearless leader, I hope that he is feeling better today and that he can join us later with his blanky and laptop computer from his couch. Sending prayers and PD to him!
Jen, I can't wait for mom to get home. Those waters seem to have healing properties. Make sure it gets noted over at R&D.

No word yet on the MGM water...but that tip about the bubbles around Gertie is a good one...I’ll dispatch a team....
Until OT gets back and we get a grip on this...NO MGM WATER!!!!
We have been seeing evidence of contamination...we’re thinking it might be from a certain leading soft drink company...who has contaminated the water in hopes of boosting soda sales at MGM...

Ladies and Gentelmen,
In view of the illness that has overcome our CEO after his recent forray to MGM, as CFO I am cutting off all funding for MGM water harvesting for any purpose other than research. Of course I can't keep y'all from partaking of MGM water ( I'm not the CEO ), but any illnesses incurred as a result of such consumption will not be covered by our group medical policy, and your expenses will not be reimbursed. This policy will remain in effect until our CEO recovers and test results are in on the quality of MGM H2O. Please let R&D handle this unfortunate incident.

I haven't gotten any official reports on what contaminants may have been present in the GMR water that our CEO drank, but I heard an unconfirmed report that the creature from Alien may have taken an unauthorized potty-break in said water. I'm no expert, but if this is true, in light of what that thing's blood does, it would not suprise me at all to learn that it's excrement could cause uncontrolable porcelain hugging and porcelin bus driving ( a.k.a. dropping the kids off at the pool ) if ingested.:D

So far all is coming back negative on that MGM-wide water contamination. It may be that the water on the GMR is just so stale, it needs to be refreshed. However, I'm still investigating whether there was a sinister plot. I am trying to get some cast members into our fold so that we can get some inside scoop, but so far, no luck. Maybe we need one of our member to become a cast member? Do we have any volunteers?
For the time being the water is still off limits at MGM, pending further investigations.
Yes, our fearless leader was almost back to his lovable self yesterday. Hopefully, Jen and I will have further good news today to report on his recovery.

Excellent work everyone! I did take a sip of GMR water.
Jas, I'm authorizing you to use any and all means necessary to crack this case. There have already been attempts to take Jen and me out of commission with tainted water this week. We can't let these attacks continue. If you need more funding, give the details to A-Dad. I also need you to assign me a body guard until you can get to the bottom of this. Time to go on the offensive. Deputize ozzel if you need help, she has superhero experience and could be a good agent to pose as a CM.
Jen, as I'm sure you know, we need to put a positive spin on this whole thing. And yes, the Aliens in GMR are male...but you saw Aliens, the second movie didn't you? The female is MUCH meaner AND she's prone to sudden mood swings....a very bad combination.

I am SO on the case!!! You know CM's have recruited me several times - they ask "are you a cast member" and I say "no, but I should be" :)
So, what's the sich? I figure I could inflitrate MGM via Star Tours using my encyclopedic knowledge of the films. That could then segway into Muppetvision or Indy which could get me close to GMR.
Call me on the Kimmunicator!

Huh? Who said anything about a mutiny? Am I not beloved by my entire WDWWDS staff? Judging by the number of raises and bonuses that have been given out, it's undeniable. Ahh....who says you can't buy respect?!? Who needs a raise for praise? Anyone??
I was trying to stir up vicious in-fighting between VPs. I dunno, I assumed that was a good thing since I've seen it everywhere I've worked!! Backstabbing, bickering over perks, office size, parking spot proximity to the door etc. Are you telling me this isn't good business practice?
A-Dad...talking about big American SUVs, I just saw the new Cadillac SUV this AM....now if that ain't one big hunk of good 'ol American excess, I don't know what is!! That thing is HUGE! What's it get, 8MPG, highway? You gotta love a car like that - it can probably tow a house through 3 feet of mud up a 50 degree incline, all while seating 6 adults comfortably....yet I bet it will only ever drive the one guy the 2.3 miles to/from work 5 days a week and sit in a heated garage the rest of the time. You know what....... new company car! Everyone gets the Caddy SUV!

Don't worry OT - I wouldn't let anything bad happen to Madonna (not that she can't take care of herself, but it's always good to have someone watch your back :) )
So, I was wondering since I seem to be the resident (and I quote) "dynamo", if I could take the title of "WDWWDS Office of International Security" ? Just a thought - unless you have a security department - then maybe espionage?
Well good citizens, I'm off to our favorite place - save a spot in the chalk circle for me! I've filed the appropriate paperwork with HR.

and I was ROFL!!!! My DH, Steve, drives a Chevy Avalanche. I believe it is the sister SUV to what you saw today?? It changes from an SUV to a truck? Well, he drives it....NO JOKE...one mile to work each day and it sits in the parking lot all the time! We have had it a year now and it has all of 3700 miles on it! :) That just struck me as hysterical! We are taking it tomorrow for our weekend....only because we never take it anywhere! Are you sure you don't want Director of Culinary Services? If not, I guess we could use a Manager of Land Development.

ok, Kim.....I want to keep this top secret. It appears we may need to go on the offensive from time to time or launch retaliatory strikes against opposition groups and various other forces of darkness (EPA, WDWWPS etc). So I have decided to add a special branch of the Security dept called Special Operations. As Commander of Spec Ops you will report directly to Jas and will be called upon to handle all sorts of ...ahem...."jobs". Keep in mind that while you can always participate in WDWWDS "normal" activities out in the open, any Spec Ops correspondence MUST be via Secure Comm Channel. Your secret codename is "Dynamo". And yes, you can add Cmndr of Spec Ops to your title. Since this has all been on secure channel, no one will know what the heck that is anyway.

I posted this over on the park thread but wanted to make sure all my fellow WDWWDS members saw it!
Jas and I were actually testing the loyalty of all WDWWDS members to make sure that there are no spies among us. Jas will present a full report:smooth: Of course we all had to sign the loyalty oath, 71 times, to OT before accepting our positions.
OT might I suggest the largest and newest American SUV/Truck for A-Daddy since he passed the test:D Maybe a promotion, too?

One thing OT--what is the WDWWPS? I want to be aware of any and all threats to our beloved society...
As for the lab...good news--we are back in business for now...but I think this latest incident underlines the need for a more permenant secure lab facility...or maybe one in each park...it would be more efficiant that way!!!
Fearless leader...do we have the funds available for such a project??? And could we get the Manager of Land Devlopment looking for new lab sites? The sooner the better...we still have important research to be done!

Dynamo,
Your first assignment will be to act as a spy yourself. You will act as an agent from Intercot. Please interview each of the high ranking officials to see if they take the bait. Trust and loyalty is key here. Without it I am very afraid for the WDWWDS and its members. After all I am entrusted with the life of someone I have known since like the third grade (that's a lot of pressure), not to mention the safety of each and every member. Please have a report to me as soon as possible.

Higgs your new SUV is in the rear parking lot, space 71.
Jas, Dave has some mysterious head cold-type thing. Sounds similar to what hit Jen earlier this week. I agree with the confidential assignment you gave Dynamo.

I'm actually starting to feel better. I think I was spending too much time in scuba gear trying to figure out how to tap an underground pipe from WS lagoon to our new bottling plant. If I can just have all the CMs' attention diverted for a while, I might be able to pull it off. (Of course, in Engineering lingo, a while is anything from a few nanoseconds to a month).
I've found that several sips of 1971 SSL water, followed by massive doses of Dole Whips (3-4 gallons every hour) does wonders for a headcold.
Now, if I can just figure out how I gained thirteen pounds while sick????
Higgs22

OK...I have some “Eyes only” material for the security team...we will probably need to put Dynamo on this one....
While doing some research here at the lab..we have found a quantity of fibers that belong to a parks character costume...meaning that our precious water supply is being contaminated by a spy dressed as one of the beloved Disney Characters!!!!
So far tests have been inconclusive as to which character it is....but we have a strong suspicion that the characters in question are Tigger, Rafiki, Happy, Donald, Minnie, or in what has been a crushing blow to me personally---Mickey himself!!! While we are not sure if our favorite mouse is involved...we can’t rule him out....
Rest assured that we are working feverishly on this....and when we narrow down tha character...we will post that information right away...
The bad news is that they are opening Timekeeper again for the weekend (Underscoring the need for a new lab site :)) so we might not have results until Monday...
Until then...be wary for any characters near the water supplies...while most of the characters are innocent...there still might be a spy disguised in there.....

One other thing for our benevolent dictator, I've paid out all bonuses as directed and the custom made trophy with nose-in-the-trousers motif should be ready in a couple of weeks!:D
Yes, I've had the same work experiences. Around my place it's called "driving the bus" ( no, not the porcelain one ). The idea is to spot a problem in somebody else's area and wait until the weekly mgrs meeting, at which time you hop in the bus and drive it over them, thereby improving your position by be-littleing (sp) your peers and kissing up to their superiors. It would be much better for the company if something was done to actually fix the problem instead of the blame. Also known as coporate politics, I hate that stuff.

Dynamo reporting in - sorry Jas, I've been on radio silence for the past 3 days trying to uncover the saboteur. I was also able to determine that our enemy has been disguising themselves as a character - but it's worse than that - there seem to be 2 of them!! Yes, we have a pair of saboteurs that were able to infiltrate the Utilidors and steal costumes - I believe they stole 4 costumes so that it would be harder to determine who they are dressed as. The good news is that Minnie is not a suspect - that costume was not reported missing - but alas, they did get their hands on Mickey. I had him under survalence this weekend and did not see him taint any water, but he may have been a decoy. That was how I found out about the other saboteur - the water in Norway has been tainted. We need to get an alert out to all WDWWDS members - do NOT drink the Norway Water!!
I plan on following up on this and I'll let you know what turns up. Again, Minnie OK, Mickey So-So and Norway No Way!!

This is Dynamo reporting in. I escaped the Fantasyland Theater and hid in IASW's Asia section. After a few hours of that music I considered chewing off my own arm, but then the ride shut down and I was saved. I managed to retrieve a sample of the toxin Tigger put into the 20K lagoon. I always wondered about that tigger - all that bouncing in and out. We also need to put an APB out on Rafiki, Happy and (I dread to say it) Mickey. Yes, our foes have stolen a Mickey costume. It is a sad, sad day. I'm going to head over to the Land Tissue Culture facilities to determine the nature of this toxin and try to develop a counter-agent. Good Morning, Dynamo. You have been doing great work out there. We have a BOLO (Be On Look Out) for tigger, and it should only be a matter of time. In addition, I have issued BOLOs on Happy, Rafiki and Mickey (shudder). Dynamo, if need be you will need to take on the persona of one of these characters, as I have a feeling we are dealing with more that one WDWWPS agent.
Disney Jen, We need the crisis team to get together and hammer out our policy on kiddnappings and negotiations. I for one, do not like bowing to the pressures of another organization.
OT, we need someone to start trailing Dave. After all he has the chied suspect in HIS signature picture.
Now a report on my secret mission....I have begun installing cameras in the different water attractions. This way we can have a better view of things, since we can't be everywhere at the same time. This project will be expaned to include resort and non-attraction water sources. Some of these are a little tricker. Smile, you are on camera!

Run, Run, Run as fast as you can! You’ll never catch me! I’m just that good!
Hello to all of the WDWWDS, we here at the WDWWPS have been watching you for quite a while now, and the time to act is at hand!
Yes, it is I in my purloined Tigger costume (along with others) that has been tampering with the water! Our mission is simple, to ensure that the waters of Walt Disney World are not fouled by people looking to drink from them!
We have been having a good laugh at watching your attempts at discovering us, so we have decided to check in and A) Mock you, and B) out of the goodness of our hearts, give you some help.
The only help I will offer now is this. There are NO WDWWPS spies in your organization, we decided it isn’t worth the bother.
So, keep looking--YOU WILL NEVER DISCOVER WHO WE ARE!!!

Perhaps we can issue a statement to all WDWWDS members:
DO NOT DRINK THE WATER OF ANY WDW ATTRACTION, RESORT HOTEL, SWIMMING POOL, OR WATERWAY UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE! ALL DRINKING MUST BE SUSPENDED UNTIL WE RECEIVE FURTHER NOTICE FROM OUR RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT AND SECURITY COUNSELS!!!!

Jas - I am very close to developing a counter-agent to the WDWWPS toxin. I have also secured a disguise to get me close to their operation. I suspect they have cleared out of the Fantasyland theater by now, but I have some leads as to their present location. I fear even our Secure Communications Channel has been hacked - I will report in later.

We are under some sort of attack. I need all of those involved in the crisis management plan to assemble quickly. I understand the lab is under lockdown. We also need to place to executive offices under lockdown. I am personally going to cover protection of our fearless leader.
Kim is doing an outstanding job and seems to be hot on the trail of one Tigger_Spy. We will be tracing any information we can gather by the post. Everyone needs to be on high alert.
At this time, the water is off limits (although isn't that what the water-hugging WDWWPS wants us to do??!!??) until we issues each member its own portable water testing kit. However, we were behind in production and this may take some time. Of course executive staff will be the first to receive these kits.

Does this remind anyone else of a particular scene from Monty Python's " the Meaning of Life"? You know, the elderly corporate raiders playing broadside with the fancy skyscraper yuppie types....."pardon the interruption from the opening movie"....back to counter intelligence. While I was waiting for some test results, I fixed the security breaches to the S.C.C. - so please be sure to use version 2.0.2 for all future communiques. My testing of the WDWWPS toxin has revealed a biological agent - I am developing a sort of 'vaccine' that we can put in all non-contaminated water to maintain it's drinkability. It's ineffective in already contaiminated water - so that's my next move - to develop the counter-agent.
I'm asking all WDWWDS members to spread this vaccine to as many waters as possible - be sure to use Higgs' water testing kit first. I have already vaccinated all Land waters. Repeat - all Land waters are cleared for safe drinking!!
I have also begun my search for the new WDWWPS headquarters - my sources say Fantasyland theater is indeed cleared out. I do not wish to reveal my tactics in case they hack this new S.C.C.
Please spread the vaccine quickly, before they contaiminate all the waters!

This is amusing to me. Do you really think the WDWWPS would only have one costume? No, we don't. So, maybe I'm Tigger, and then again, maybe I'm not!
What really makes the WDWWPS smile is the fact that your precious leader has been absent from this board. Without him, the WDWWDS is without its heart and soul.
You better watch your precious chalk circle, we are planning to wipe it off the face of the earth!! And as for your "spy" Kim, HA! We have been following her movements for days. Here's a hint-it's easy to tail you when you are constantly humming a theme song.
Remember, we are everywhere!

Attention WDWWDS members, we are currently under attack. Those water weenies at the WDWWPS appear to have infiltrated WDWWDS Headquarters! I am in an undisclosed location at the moment for security reasons. I am safe and in constant contact with my cabinet members. Jas is dispatching security staff to each of the WDWWDS execs. (She's personally protecting me, Jen, because she likes me more than you...ha!)
Higgs, you need to hand off your R&D duties to Dave temporarily. We need Agent 71 to help Dynamo. The two of you round up any super hero friends you may have as well. It may be time to reveal our secret weapon, Super Possum!! You know whose alter ego that is.
We will hunt them down!!! We will root them out of their caves deep in the 100 acre wood. We will prevail!

I know Dave can handle the labs while I am away...besides, we really don't have anything major going on right now...and the cast members keep opening up Timekeeper...forcing us to hide the lab equipment!
Hey, has our land acquisition team found a new lab location yet??? All this mjoving is making my back sore...:D

Captain 71 - part 1 of my plan has worked - a WDWWPS spy has been tailing me for days, I've lured him along with my hypnotic theme song. I just need you to nab him - you can't miss him - he looks 'happy', if you know what I mean.
I have spread the vaccine to Living Seas and the water foutains by Imagination so the west side of Future World is safe for drinking. I am getting close to their headquarters - hense the threats to this board. I'm beginning Operation Tsunami now.

I held a press conference and briefing at 7:17:171 this morning to assure the puiblic that the WDWWDS is intact and the contrary to reports on CBS and NBC that key executives are not dumping their stock while other WDWWDS folks cannot. Of course ABC hasn't reported this story since Walt Disney Corp. owns it:D
Fearless leader you certainly need Jas' protection more than me ... your a man after all  But she does love me equally, just differently, lol.
Dynamo and Captain 71 don't forget to pick up Mlcar on your way to extract 'Chele from the chalk circle. I have my Ray-Bans on so don't foget to wear your 71 GPS system.
I am in the secure location with the shadow executive team (which is pretty incredible when you consider it is raining/sleeting here)

Hey can you guys pass me a slice of pie. lol).
I see that Dynamo has someone who looks quite "happy" on her trail. Good job. Captain 71, you soon will be receiving additional orders. At this time please assist Dynamo in vaccinating all water sites.

Oh fearless, benevolent, eternally wise, all knowing,.....ah to heck with it, hey OT! I have a suggestion. Our arch enemies are opposed to the drinking of water ( what are the chances these half-wits will be around for any length of time? ), and they're stupid enough to tell us that they're dressing as characters...why don't you have Kim, Captain71 and Super Opossum pin each and every character down and force them to drink some JC juice? That way we could identify and eliminate the evil-doers!

Someone go corral Cheryl, she's stumbling around the parks drunk. No telling what will happen if a WDWWPS agent gets a hold of her.
Captain 71, your old super-hero cape is looking a little ratty around the edges, have mlcar get you a new one and tell Super Possum to put the tutu on and help you hunt down the WDWWPS agents. You and Dynamo are doing a great job......but take your time, I'm enjoying this secure location thing. I mean, what more could I ask for?? I'm up here in the tower of Cindy's castle in our secret WDWWDS apartment. I have Jas following me around everywhere, making sure I'm safe...I mean last night when the first rocket exploded during the Fantasy in the Sky show, she dove across the room to shield me with her own body....now that's what I call protection!! (it's cuz she loves me the most, Jen, don't you believe otherwise) Not only that but she can make one heck of a hash pie (got the recipe from madmouse herself), let me tell you! This is the life!
Jen, I've been hearing some reports in the media that I'm "hiding out".....see if you can put a better spin on that. I suggest you use our advantage with ABC News to it's fullest extent....you have a direct line to Jennings and Koppel, don't you?

ALERT _ WARNING - Ok - am I the only one who thinks that the enemy is amung (dare I say it) US??? I tried clicking on profiles of both Tigger and Dale - with no email to send to?!?! With just a couple of posts a piece - it sounds kinda strange if you ask me...
Dare I say it - is Jas keeping a real good eye on OT? Can you see him at all times Jas? Strange that he hasnt been around lately...I mean how else would they get Ulidor passes - I mean what is this 'secure hiding place' anyhow????
Jen - My brother in law works at the Sunglass Hut - I can get us the Men in Black Rayban Sunglasses for half price (only $71 a piece) and they work the same way - we can put them on - then use that flashy pen thing to erase ANYONE's memory with them (I have NO idea what we would need to erase anyone's memory for - but as VP of Entertainment I thought it would add to the 'climax' of our episode)

Tigger: I can not make it to headquarters, I got called in for the Ice Cream Social.
Chip is guarding Cheryl in the AP Lounge, we told the CM's she had been drinking the water.
They fully understood and have been giving her coffee and tylenol.
Chip is very gullable I suggest you pick her up immediately.
Note: Next time I suggest we dump Lemon or Prune juice in the water not anything alcholic.

OT I have arranged for Diane Sawyer to do a two-hour PrimeTime exclusive live interview this evening. We are pre-empting "My Wife and Kids," "According to Jim," "Drew Carey" and "The Job." Elizabeth Vargas may want to interview as well on "Downtown" at 10 p.m. You are such a babe magnet that once I called Peter Jennings and the ABC News management team they all agreed that Diane and Elizabeth would be able to show how in touch you are with your femine side.
Please lay off of the pie until after the interviews. I can only spin so much.
I called Koppel but he isn't returning phone call to anyone associated with our parent organization... still is a little miffed about the Letterman thing.
Madonna, please order 71 of those special MiB sunglasses as well as 71 of those eraser thingies. This will make for excellent ratings!

I am using the old version since Dale told me they haven't been able to crack anything.
As you know I have been kidnapped. I am currently in the EPCOT AP Lounge being guarded by Chip. I convinced Chip that I had to email my mom and was able to use a laptop of a visitor.
I have been told that I will be picked up by another character and then blindfolded and taken to WDWWPS headquarters. Chip and Dale have been interogatting me, lucjly I can easily deflect their questions by complimenting them.
Wait there is someone here in a costume its... oops Gotta log!

A Diane Sawyer interview? Whew, thank God it isn't Barbra Walters.....then she'd try to make me cry about something painful in my past.
I'm not sure if we can trust anything Cheryl's saying at this point. She's probably being coerced.
Is someone going to rescue her or what??
