We are going on the July 6 - 7 day cruise. My sister-in-law has a catagory 6 room reserved for 2 adults/2 children. My niece who just turned 17 is now saying she doesn't want to make the trip - will be working all summer- getting ready for college. Right now we have 3 rooms booked right next to each other and booked 18 months in advance. Will my sister-in-law be able to keep the same room with 3 people instead of 4 or will they need to reassign her to another room? She is concerned that the ship is most likely very filled at this point and she will have a problem changing her reservation.

I wouldn't think so...you still have 2 or more people in the room and you get to pick the room you want so there's no reason to change it...you're the one paying the money. I dropped one person from our cruise (in one week!!!!!! :) :) :) :) ) back in December, no prob with that.

No problems or penalty as long as she cancels more than 60 days prior to the sailing date.
