View Full Version : Buffalo State College - Anyone from there do CP?

Just wondering how that went for you. My daughter's friend who goes to Buffalo State just got accepted into the CP, and my daughter is awaiting the results of her phone interview (she also attends Buff State).

Was it an easy process working with Buff State as far as the CP goes?

Yes! I did a CP in the spring of 06, then I was a campus rep at buffalo state helping other students apply, graduated in may, and now i'm on a professional internship. the ease of working with buff state depends upon her major. my department, hospitality, was very supporting and helpful and i earned full credit. other departments would not offer any credit at all and opposed the program all together. but i can tell you i had a fantastic time and i'm staying for a while!

Thanks so much. I'm sure her department will give her a hard time then, as she's in the English department - not exactly a WDW type field, but she still wants to do it. Her boyfriend, who is in the Criminal Justice department didn't seem to have much trouble with his advisors - and I'm still trying to figure out how much CJ has to do with Disney. Maybe security stuff?:confused:
