? for stay at CSR

We will be driving this year, which area would be the best for parking our car nearby? Our Kids want to stay close to the digsite.
Do they allow kids to bring and ride scooters at the resort?
Do have the refillable mugs at this resort? do you have to go to the main building to fill them?
We might take along a niece can you stay 5 in a jr. suite?

CSR does have refillable mugs. They can be filled at the Pepper Market, Francisco's or Siestas (at the main pool). I don't think scooters are allowed but I am not defininte. You can fit 5 in the jr suite but it is expensive. Almost all the buildings are close to parking.
