Any way you can choose the DDP for half the trip, and then get the Deluxe DP for the 2nd half?

If you are staying on DVC points and have a split stay (not linked) yes

If you have a split stay and purchase the magic your way plus dining package on each part of the stay, yes.

Otherwise, no. (wouldn't it be nice though?)
