I know DreamsRes books "non-Disney" hotels, but is there a difference in the level of service provided?
Yes, there is a difference. When you book with Dreams Unlimited Travel, you are assigned a vacation consultant who prepares a customized itinerary for your vacation. The consultant is available to answer questions and make suggestions when needed. When you book with DreamsRes, you are not assigned a consultant. Both the DreamsRes service and Dreams Unlimited Travel will make priority seating arrangements for you.

I was afraid of that. I'm disappointed, but I'll live. We had to book through DreamsRes to get the teacher discount at the Dolphin, but I'll take the savings anyday!
I will miss Carole, though. She's been wonderful planning our June trip!

Carole is a great agent. :)
I'm glad you found a great rate at the Dolphin though. :)

It was impossible to pass up that rate at Christmas! At least I got to book through DreamsRes...the PS help will be invaluable!
And yes, Carole is fabulous! :)

I feel doubly bad now. I had a trip planned with Carole too. I got a teachers rate at the Swan and now I don't have her anymore. She did a lot of work too. I just couldn't pass up the rate.
