basketball court question

Does anyone have any pictures of this? My husband is so excited when we read there was one on the ship. Do they provide balls? I hate to pack one. Do they host any tourneys or anything?

Yes there is a basketball court, it is only half court size, you can play pick-up games on it, they do supply the balls, when we were there last week, the balls were next to the court.

There are large nets the whole way around also. There's a box of different things...volleyballs, basketballs, etc. It's pretty windy up there but my kids spent ALOT of time up there! The cool thing was, you can watch them on your closed circuit TV channel in your cabin cause there's a camera overlooking the front of the ship and it shows everyone playing basketball.

on Nassau day around 3 or 3:30 (check the nav's) they have a 3 on 3 event.

On Castaway Cay, at the end of the airstrip they have a hoop.
It's a hike on foot, but if you rent a bike, stop and shoot some baskets.
