We will be having 5 of our TS with family under a different conf # then ours. Does this present a problem when it comes time to charge our dining plan a TS credit? ( hope that makes sense )
Will they split it into two checks......now with the 18% grat that will be a pain to deal with won't it?
Also we will have 6 at those meals so does that make our wait a little longer? ( i know we have ressies but just curious if that can extend your wait a bit)
thank you

We were considered 3 seperate parties when dining during our Grand Gathering last year. There was never a problem getting 3 seperate checks, even with things paid for OOP. We were also charged the automatic 18% gratuity because of the size of our party. Don't think there is any way to tell about wait time. :confused3

When the waiter first comes to your table tell them you will have separate checks on the dining plan. at the end they will present you with a bill for the dining plan portion for each of your groups and they will present a bill for the "gratuity" for each party.
I believe the larger the party the longer the turn around time for the table availability so you are kind of right there.

Not always true. As a party of nine, we never waited more than 5 minutes for our table to be ready. :upsidedow
