It's easy, there's no specific criteria, the only rule is that the picture has to have been taken on Disney property. It can be of a resort, park, restaurant, anything!

I think THIS is the worst Photopass picture....this is the Epcot meet & greet at Epcot. Goofy was the last in the stops and by that time, I was tired of holding my nephew and waiting. I think my nephew was blinking?????
