Renewing vows?

Can this be done on a Disney cruise? I would like to plan this for our 10th anniversary coming in 2003. Not sure if we would have the kids with us or not. Maybe bring the kids to join us at WDW after a cruise.

Anyone ever do this. What can I expect and at what cost?
