Me (34 on the trip; turned 35 yesterday. obsessive planner)
Hubby(35. laughed at my planning untill he saw how much we got accomplished)
Daughters (ages 3 and 9)

I'm not in the mood to do a full trip report so I'll just post the highlights. The crowds were not too bad even though part of the trip was Presidents' week. The only exception was the Magic Kingdom on Saturday which was swamped. Did CRT and loved the character interaction but thought the food was just horrible. The best character meal food was breakfast at the crystal palace. Chef Mickey's was just so so. The best value was Boma's for dinner -fantastic and worth every penny. California grill was fantastic also, but overpriced IMO.
Did MK on 2/14 - no crowds. We did fantasyland in 1.5 hours. Didn't wait for any rides all day and did Buzz Lightyear 3 times (granted this was diring the parade). My kids got to open Toontown and got a private tour of Mickey's house from Mickey himself. My kids were in raptures. 2/15 - My 9yr old got sick and was vomiting the whole day so we did nothing (DH took the baby to the hotel pool). 2/16 Daughter felt better. We did AK in morning. Only saw Lion King and Safari because it started to pour so we hopped to Epcot until 8pm (couldn't get on test track no FP and 120 min wait). Then hopped to MK - it was mobbed. 2/17 MK in the morning (did all of fantasyland in 2 hours) hopped to Epcot (couldn't do Test track again - same reason). 2/18 Kids did Pirates cruise and Wonderland tea party. 3 yr old loved both; 9 yr old thought both were "lame and boring". 2/19 MGM - did everything we wanted to do except Indiana Jones.
Overall had a fantastic time. Regretes - not spending enough time at AK and not doing Test Track. Will answer any questions you good people care to post.

The weather was generally very good but too cold for swimming (at least for me. Hubby and the kids swam on two of the days we were there) The temparatures were about 55 in the mornings and evenings to 68 in the afternoon. It rained one morning pretty heavily but other than that it was fine. The day we left (yesterday) was the nicest with sun and temp about 75.
By the way, I for got to mention that I got a high score on Who Wants to be a millionaire, but they ran out of time so I did not get into the hot seat. Definately next time.
