that as of right now, IF you purchase 100 points or more, you either get $5 off per point, down to $70/point (and they're actually going up to $80/point on June 1) or some promotion with 3 free days in a studio. (5 if you buy a higher number of points) Don't know the details on the free nights stay, because the $5 off per point sounded much more appealing to me.

The free night stay is not in a studio. It is in a standard hotel room at any of the deluxe or moderate hotels at WDW. The number of free nights is based on the number of points.
