Crowds for Feb 1st - 9th

Anyone know how the crowds will be this week. Normally this is a light week at Disney ( we go this week every year ) but we are going to universal this time for a couple of days. I am just concerned because I didnt realize it was mardi gras that week. We planned to do US/IOA on tues (fat tuesday) & wed. that week.

Universal only does Mardi Gras on Saturday evenings so other than decorations around the Studios, you won't see much. The crowds should still be pretty light but depending on the concert that weekend, it could be crazy..but mainly in the evening.

Great, that's what I wanted to hear. I wasnt sure if they did a big thing for Fat Tuesday also. The last time we have been to US/IOA as a family was at Easter Break 2005......what a nightmare. That is why we have decided to stick with February from now on. Compared to that visit on Easter Break, any crowd would be much better!!
