CM on eurostar & reservation no for Hotel New York

We are travelling to dlp by Eurostar in december, I read on this site that there are CM's on the Eurostar. Is this correct? It is just that we have travelled to dlp on the Eurostar and have never encountered CM's on any of these occasions.:confused: Is this something new or do you need to be in a particular carriage.

Also does anyone have the telephone number for reservations for Hotel New York ? Yes, I am planning our Easter trip, we just love dlp:yay: and am looking to book just the room without the passes as we have annual passes.

The CM's on Eurostar are there to check in those passengers joining at Ashford, I assume it's just for those people who have booked a package, we've done it twice this way and have received park passes etc. and the Disney Express Luggage labels. :)

I just used the normal Disney Paris phone number - 08705 030303 - to book room only at an onsite hotel with my annual pass.
