I'm thinking of making a photo calendar as a Christmas present this year. In the past, I've done it myself, but since I no longer have a good printer (or the time), that option is out.

Anyone have any good recommendations for online sites or anywhere else to get them made?

Cheaply? ;)

I used the Kodak gallery for a photo calendar as a Christmas present for my father and cousin this year, and I'm not too happy with it. The colors came out VERY intense and saturated, much more than when I got some of the same photos made into prints also on Kodak gallery.:confused3 I don't know if it's because I chose dark blue as the background or what. Their calendars cost $19.95, but I got 25% off with a code when I ordered it.

Kodak has the calendar where they actually print your photo onto the calendar. Is that what you're looking for? Or do you want one of those calendars with the openings in each page and you insert your own 4x6 photo?

Snapfish.com has calendars, but I've not done one yet. I have made some photobooks and was very happy with the color and quality of the pictures. I think they start around 20$.

I made one for my husband last year for Christmas. He had gone to Hungary to see his family last Ocotber. I used some pictures from his trip. I used www.mpix.com (http://www.mpix.com) They were extremely easy to use and the quality is awesome. Also, I was able to add birthdays/anniversaries with a picture on the date of the event. Plus, their service is fast. I didn't get my order in until after their Christmas cut-off date and still received it two days before Christsmas. I highly recommend them. :thumbsup2

Good luck!!

you can never go wrong with MPIX. they are awesome.

another option is cafepress, my car club gets their calendars printed there, and they are good quality..

You can print pretty much anything you want with a cafepress.com account (t-shirts, mugs, etc). It's free to setup an account and printing a calendar last year ran about $20 shipped. My wife and I each printed out calendars for each other and we were very impressed with the quality.

I did 4 calendars at shutterfly last year. I went with them because I could have my image on the entire screen and didn't have any of their borders. The quality tunred out GREAT!

I've gone to my local Staples store in the past. They've done a good job and the cost was low, around $10. I'm probably going to use mpix.com this year. I've used them for several of my photo projects this year and have been impressed every time.
