I know this is early but I thought it might be worth passing on. If you are planing a tip out here in the summer and will be driving a new law will be in affect.
In a live webcast, Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger signed into law legislation that passed in the California Assembly. The measure goes into effect in July 2008, imposing a minimum $20 fine for anyone caught driving and using a cell phone unless the driver uses a headset, ear bud or other technology that frees both hands.
So, a Christmas gift thought would be a cell phone with Blue Tooth capability.:idea:
