Has anyone ever stayed in room# 6124 on the Disney Magic. Or, any room on that deck on the Magic (w/verandah)?

We were in a room like it, nearby. What would you like to know?

Well, last year I went on a 4-night Wonder cruise and was on the lowest passenger deck...so this will be my first time in a stateroom with a verandah...just curious how much bigger it is...and it has a split bathroom?

Not sure which category you were in, but Categorys 5 - 10 are all pretty similar in size. But the Category 6 room 6124 will seem much more spacious than Category 7 - 10 because you have a full window-wall overlooking your verandah, and you can see through your verandah railing. It's wonderful to have that wonderful view... and wonderful to have the door open and hear/feel/smell the fresh sea breeze. I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

Yes, it has a split bathroom. Categories 4 - 10 all have the split bathroom.

After having a verandah, I wouldn't go any other way. But everyone has their own oppinion on the matter. I, personally, enjoy having breakfast served to our room... and enjoying it on the verandah... instead of going through the buffet. It's a nice, quiet, relaxing way to start off a busy day. And in the late evenings, it is an enjoyable place to relax before bed, and enjoy a glass of wine (or other beverage of your liking). Even though you don't spend a lot of time in your room on a cruise, I love the fresh air and looking out at the open sea (sunrise and sunset), and wouldn't trade it for anything. We wave our bon voyage from our verandah instead of dealing with the crowds on deck. It's just are little "peace and quiet" place after a busy hustling day. I'm sure you will enjoy it! :smooth:
