I don't think so. The APs that we get will only allow you into the 4 main theme parks. Its the premium AP that gets you into the waterparks and disney quest as well.

Can you upgrade to this?? When we fly over normally we get a 14 day ultimate pass which includes unlimited entry to everything so can I upgrade to the premium ones??

I was wondering if disney would allow you to upgrade to the PAP. I would be willing to pay the difference for the waterparks and DQ! I love Disney Quest.

yes we love disney quest as well, esp if you have a rainy day. we dont visit the water parks as I'm scared of the water but we might on our weddingmoon as we have 30 guests

This is the answer I got from Disney when I asked if we could upgrade the APs
The annual pass voucher we present to our wedding couples is a gift and is a special ticket in the Disney ticket system. Is can be up-graded to another ticket but financially it does not make sense to take this route. The system recognizes the ticket at a zero dollar item and tries to upgrade it from $0. Therefore the upgrade would actually cost the entire price of the new ticket. What I recommend is for you to purchase a Water Park Annual Pass which currently sells for $106.45 per adult. Any of the Guest Relations hosts or hostesses will be happy to sell this Water Park Annual Pass to you.

Wedding APs have a trade in value of $288 dollars. I wanted to upgrade to a PAP so I was gonig to be allowed to upgrade to a FL RES PAP and it was going to be to $200, so I"m going to assume that a normal PAP would cost $300 to switch over too sadly.
This is as of October 15th when I went to exchange my voucher.

Thanks everyone for your help, might see if its worth us just buying the normal passes we get when we come over and keep the annual passes for another time as we are going to want to show everyone everything and they will be able to do it and we would have to pay extra
