Hi, how often does the bus from CSR run to Broadwalk and back again? How long is the bus ride? Would it be easy for ds in a stroller and I to hop on a bus to Broadwalk, go for a walk and return within say 90 - 120 minutes? When do buses start running and when do they stop? Is this bus full all the time? See, we always rent a car in Florida and we will this time too, but I can see me and ds taking off while dh and dd do BB or Dig Site. THX Sandra

Hello,
We have taken the bus many times from the Boardwalk back to Coronado Springs (we do this when we leave EPCOT by the "back door"). It is about a 10 minute ride and the bus runs frequently. However, I don't think that they start running the CS to Boarkwalk bus until the late afternoon.

I am pretty sure it is the same bus that goes to Downtown Disney.

Is that true? Does the Boardwalk bus only start running in the afternoon?

Someone posted before that it started running at 4:00 p.m.

I'm also confused about the route of the CSR to Boardwalk bus. Does it go from CSR to Boardwalk, Boardwalk to DD, DD to Boardwalk, Boardwalk to CSR, etc.?

I know I have used it before 4:00pm. I've left Epcot at 1pm and taken the bus to CSR from the Boardwalk. I've returned in the evening via the same route and then used it after Illuminations.

Will the CM's at CSR' lobby know the Boardwalk bus schedule....when it starts running and how often?

I posted before that I thought the bus started running at 4pm. When we stayed at CSR Thanksgiving '00 I remember seeing a posted schedule at the bus stop saying this was the case. When we used the bus to the Boardwalk it was early evening so I never tried to get it earlier in the day.
The bus from CS to Boardwalk starts running around 11:00 Am or maybe it is noon but it is definitely well before 4:00 PM. and yes it is the same bus that goes to DTD. From the boardwalk the next stop is CSR but from CSR it goes to DTD then boardwalk and then back to CSR. I have found that most times the CMs are clueless about this bus even running. We have taken it many times but last Dec we were switching resorts from BWV to CSR and when I asked the front desk they said this bus service had stopped, so we went to MGM and took a bus from there to CSR. Later that evening when we were going to DTD we found out that the bus did indeed also go to the boardwalk and the bus driver told us the service had never been stopped!

That's funny you mention that DeeP. I called CSR last night and they didn't know anything about it at the front desk. They were giving me round-a-bout ways to get to the Boardwalk so I didn't argue. I know that it definitely starts before 4p.

Too funny. I got an even different answer when I called CSR. They said the bus goes from CSR to BW all day but doesn't go to DTD until 4pm.

It's been a year, mind you, but when we were staying at BW in May, the bus between CSR and BW ran all day. We sat and watched 2 buses go back and forth between the two empty while we waited for a bus to early entry at MK. It became kind of the on-going joke of the trip. Look, another bus to CSR. Still no bus to a park! (The bus service at BW was less-than-optimum that trip!)

We were at CSR 8-18th Feb Our first night I had Cape May reservations at the Beach Club, and asked at the front desk about the Boardwalk Bus as it was not listed at the stop. They looked very blank and didn't think there was one.
I asked a DD bus driver and he said his bus was the Boardwalk one, via Downtown. We decided not to risk missing our PS times and went in the car instead. I got the impression that the return journey may be via Downtown too, I don't know for sure.
