View Full Version : How Many Of Us At CRB In May?

It seems like a number of us are going to be at the Caribbean Resort this May...I'm curious about how many there are of us!
This is our first trip to WDW and we're splitting our stay between the CRB and the Residence Inn LBV.
We'll be there May 1- May 6. Anyone else???
Let's not forget the lime green ribbons!!!

LOL I kept noticing how many people were going to be there during our time frame and I thought wow it will be packed! But we will be there none the less! May 4-12. We will overlap a little! I will have my ribbon. Last year, didn't even see one! Maybe this year I will be luckier!

Everyone keeps mentioning no green ribbon sightings, so that's good incentive for those of us with upcoming trips to actually wear one!
BTW, p2oh, we're just south of you in Bowling Green!

We'll be there May1-7!!! It's our first trip too. Maybe we'll see ya there!

What's the deal with the green ribbons?

Lime green ribbons: It is suggested that everyone from DIS wear lime green ribbons at WDW so that we can recognize each other and say "HI!!". So wear your ribbons and maybe we'll meet each other. :D

It can be like a type of convention, with name cards with our dis names and the green ribbon. LOL.

It will be fun to see how many green ribbons we can spot.

My Disneytime Countdown says 73 more days we can hardly wait.

About the green ribbons, do you just buy a lime green one and make into bow or just pin a piece of ribbon on :D

Make your ribbons large and obvious - otherwise you will go all through vacation without ever seeing each other.

It is amazing because there are a lot of members on these boards- over 30,000 - but that is a very small portion of the total number of people in the parks on any given day.

We were at the world in Nov for 12 days and ran into only one group with green ribbons. They were there for DIS - CON I.

I'm not trying to push stuff here but - are you aware that you can get DIS Logo (http://www.wdwinfo.com/merchandise/index.shtml) stuff to wear on your vacation to help you be recognized by others?

We went to WDW last May and stayed at CBR and even though I just got back less than 2 weeks ago, I am DYING to go back again this May! There are so many of you staying at CBR at the same time!!!!!! :D

Have an awesome time!!!!! :) And Trekker is right, where a LOT of green ribbon to make it easier to spot each other!

We will be at CBR for two nights beginning May 19 and then switching to CSR for 3 nights. First visit for our family and we cant wait!
