It was daylight savings time yesterday. It's only 8:30 and they open at 9.

Not sure where they're located, but they open at 9AM Eastern time. I was frustrated Saturday morning - website still down, and at 9:45 AM I was still getting the "call back when we're open" message. That was BEFORE the time change, when they should have been open!

They open at 1pm on Sat not 9am
