Hey everyone! I was wondering if someone can give me some suggestions on how to make an autograph book. I am going to use card stock paper and print out the pages but I am having problems with the cover. What do you suggest I use? I want the front and back to be a hard cover, not paper and then have an office supply store bind it with spiral bind. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

I've used the backs of notepads, like thick chipboard, but you could also try clear plexiglas or wood.
I don't know if the office supply place can bind those those, depending on the binding you might have to pre drill the holes. If you pre drill make sure you tape where you are going to drill with masking tape or it will shred the product.

I wish I could be more help.

How about chipboard? My mom makes chipboard albums that are larger size 6 x6 or 7x7. I think you can get them at the local SB store or on Ebay for sure.

I did one and bought some heavy clear folders from staples and cut them up and bound them on.

The inside cover of my books has my kids names and address. The first page just has a bunch of autograph stickers I had bought at WDW. Very random.

You could do something like this for the first page with a name in the Mickey head.

I bought a bind-it-all machine especially for this. I bought chipboard to use for the covers-I'm going to cover it with some kind of Disney paper. I have a cricut die-cut machine w/ the Mickey carts to make my characters for the cover. I think I'm going to laminate the covers as well so the kids don't mess them up. I haven't started yet but am in the planning mode:idea: . I think I've bought everything I need. Just got to find time to do it. Our trip isn't until next April.
