BWV Studio - Request a room or view?

Hello - I'm renting points from a great DVC owner and have been told the room is a garden/pool view. Can they request for me a view of the Boardwalk? What does garden/pool view mean?

I've been looking at reports of certain room #'s overlooking the Boardwalk & wasn't sure if when I check in if I can request a certain room #. Thank you!

You are booked in a preferred view Garden/pool, so no, you can not request Boardwalk view. That is a seperate booking catagory. There isn't much point in requesting a specific room either, since there is no way to know if that room is going to be vacant on your arrival day or not. Suffice it to say most of us DVC members are a little less specific than that when we make requests. For example: request near elevators or near pool etc.

Garden/Pool view will be Luna Park view, quiet pool view or the Village Green.
