'Early Check-in' at S/D??

We'll probably be at the Dolphin by 12:30 pm on check-in day. Can we do the paperwork and leave our bags to be taken to our room as you can in 'official' WDW resorts? If not can we just park the car with luggage in trunk and hit the Boaedwalk until 3?

I hope to check in around 11-11:30 . have read that if the room is available you can check in. Last year we were in by 1pm so I'm hoping for the same this year. Our flight gets in at 10:20am.

sure if the room is available you can go ahead to it. And if it isn't ready yet, you can do either of the above. :) Have great trip!!

For our trip we showed up early for check-in. The room was all set and Starwood Checkin Counter was a breeze.

Absolutely! You can pre-register (do the paperwork) anytime before the official check in time of 3PM. If your room is ready, you can go straight to your room. If it isn't, you just drop your bags at Bell Services, and enjoy your day in WDW! Have a great trip. :)
