View Full Version : What Do We Do With Our Luggage?

Hi

Hope this makes sense here goes... My family will be checking into CBR and paying for 3 rooms for ouselves and my parents and in laws before they arrive. We are arriving the day before and sleeping in 2 of the rooms. The third we will actually check into in the morning. We will then head to Epcot. When our extended family arrives arrive around noon they will not need to check in yet probably won't be able to get into the room because
1. It's not officially check in time yet and
2. We will have the room keys.
How long can they "stash" their luggage at the front desk? We were planning on being at Epcot until after Illuminations. Will someone deliver it to the room when it's ready or do my parents need to be present for this to happen? If we get back around 10 PM how long do you think it would take to have their luggage then brought to the room (if that is how it works?). Thanks as I'm a little confused :)

If CBR is like AllStars, you can drop off your luggage anytime in the day you're due to check in, go do some Disney stuff and your bags will be taken to your room for you. They give you a number to call so you can verify when your room is ready.

They can check their stuff with luggage services at the resort for the whole day. They can also check in and as soon as their room is ready, luggage services will deliver the bags for them. By the time you get back from Illuminations, everything should be ready for you to unpack and hit the sack for the next day of fun.

We did this last year and it worked perfectly. By the time we returned to our room the suitcases were there and waiting. (Just make sure to get anything you'll need for the day out before checking the bags.)

I'm not sure from your post if room keys are a problem or not but......if you leave an envelope addressed to them at the desk with the room key in it they can pick it up at the desk when they get to the resort and wouldn't need you to get them into the room.
