I am working on what restaurants to hit while we are visiting Orlando. I figure the Hard Rock Cafe. Kids eat free at Hooters on weekends in Canada, but don't know if they do in the US. Any suggestions?

IF you have a car and like all you can eat buffets you HAVE to go to Golden Correl man it was good and great prices, my brother inlaw took us there when we were in Orlando and I was totally surprised you pay as soon as you go in and then your set for food LoL LOADS of variety and excellent food I wish they had them here in Canada which they dont but that for us is a definate hit again whenever we can go back there.
We ate there a few times on our trip

They have a Golden Corral there, cool. When we go to Grand Forks, ND we usually have one meal there. Good to know and we will be renting a car.

Here's some of my off site recommendations.
I've always wanted to try some of those buffets but the family usually veto's my choice.
I try to find restaurants we don't have around home.

Chick-fil-a. Although the location near Disney on 535 it was being refurbished when we were there in October, 2007. http://www.chick-fil-a.com/cfa.asp?template=map&transaction=locMap&recordId=00660

I believe there is also a chick-fil-a on 192 as well, about 3-4 miles from WDW. We enjoyed the Ponderosa and Shoneys as well. Both are on 192, about 5 miles from WDW (near Old Town)
