Chatham or Vista?

Hey all, again!
Okay...
I'm debating over where I want to live for my second CP. I lived at Vista my first CP, and I absolutely loved it. Now, I kind of want to stay at Chatham just to see what it's like, but I don't think I want to give up Vista. What are some of your pros and cons of Chatham and Vista?

I loved Vista because I was close to the pool, it's the site for the special events the CPs have, and it was easy to get to the buses. I heard Chatham are way nicer, have bigger rooms, but the buses didn't seem to be there for long, and that gets me a little worried.

I vote for Chatham. I have stayed there 3 times, and hope to stay there again this summer. The apartments at Chatham are really nice. The buses there are fine.

Will you have a car? I think Vista is a bit better if you don't since Walgreens is in walking distance. I've never heard of anyone having a problem with the buses at Chatham vs Vista.

Chatham's rooms/apartments are bigger. Also I think in general the bedroom-bathroom ratio is better.

They have events at both Chatham and Vista, and some at Mickey's Retreat so that really shouldn't be a part of your decision.
