What are the dates of the new discounts?

A nice Diser answered me on another thread that the dates were through 2/15, but Mousesaversa says through 3/15. Mousesavers doesn't say there are any blackout dates, but I've heard there are.

Can anyone confirm the dates of the discounts and the blackout dates??
