Availability of VB Beach Houses?

I want to get a beach house at VB at the 7 month window (I don't own there) for the first week in June.

Would I have a good chance at getting a reservation? How popular are the beach houses?

June is mid season for VB. Getting a cottage at that time might be hard, but VB seems to please everyone... so give it a try... DBD.

You might want to do some kind of point swap with a Vero owner. The cottages are extremely popular and can fill up by midmorning right at the 11 month window. They are wonderful though, and worth the extra effort. :wizard:
