yes it can sleep4.you have a queen size and then a couch that turns into a twin and then a bunk that pulls down to a twin.

But add the 4th person to the reservation ASAP. Once a certain area of the ship reaches a certain capacity, no more reservations are taken in that area, regardless of the number of beds available. It has to do with life boat station quotas.
